Welcome to our new riverfront property. We are at the base of Mount Seymour along Seymour River. The area is known for its world class hiking and biking trails. Despite living in the heart of nature, you are only 20 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the beauty of Deep Cove, and 5 minutes to shopping. Ski hills, golf, restaurants and theaters are all within a 15 minute drive.

Detailed Reviews
This is by far one of the finest 'b and b's we have ever stayed at. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and kindness we experienced was exceptional! And all nestled in a beautiful part of the world, along a river that one hates to leave to go out for the day!
We stayed twice in the same trip - initially upon arrival in Vancouver, and a week later after a trip to Victoria (great proximity to ferries). And we will definitely return. Book with confidence!
Special thanks to Michael (from jane and Sven) for all of his great insight which only made our trip more rewarding - places we would otherwise not have experienced!

Beautiful house near the river. Welcoming and discreet host. Large room clean and modern. As we had to leave early they made a breakfast bag for us that we could bring along. This place is excellent..

Wonderful experience!! We booked this for a stopover between our destinations. But we wished that we could have stayed longer. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The surroundings were stunning! Hearing the river at night was the best "white noise" ever!! The hosts were amazing!! Thank you for such a great time!

Loved everything about The Riverfront Bed and Breakfast! Seemed brand new, so clean, so eloquent, beautiful linen, comfy bed, spacious room and spacious private bathroom and very quiet! We had a king sized bed plus a balcony and the view from the balcony was amazing! The river runs alongside the back of the property and we slept with the window open so that we could listen to it. The breakfasts were amazing, so tasty. We sat with others couples from BC and it was fun to chat with them and listen to their stories and where they came from, learned a lot about our province! Michael, the owner was an amazing host, gave us suggestions about what to see and was very accommodating! Loved the slippers at the front door for us to use and the parking was great! Will definitely come here again, it was amazing! And although you felt like you were miles away from the city, you could be downtown in 10 minutes. I would wholeheartedly recommend this bed and breakfast to everyone!

Really welcoming B&B situated in the quiet suburbs of North Vancouver.
Michael and his family (including Toby the Corgi) were excellent hosts and made us feel really comfortable in their family home. Our room was spotless, modern and gave us a nice view over their large back-garden and the stream that flows behind their house.
Breakfast was made for us when we wanted it and compromised of fruit, waffles, omelettes and eggs benedict and was really tasty.
Location-wise it is a short walk and bus ride to the ferry which takes you into Vancouver and a short drive from Deep Cove which is a great place to spend an evening.
Thanks for your hospitality Michael, if we're ever stopping in North Vancouver again we'd be happy to stay again

The location of this B&B is in a good neighbourhood just 25mins from the Ferry at horseshoe bay. The room is clean and quiet but we found the host be distant and we felt quite uncomfortable in the house. This was the only B&B in our month in Canda that we were made to feel unwelcome. No choice for breakfast and not to our taste. Nice house but an improvement in hospitality is required

We visited Riverfront for three nights in early February. We were greeted at the door by Michael and slippers for our feet. Michael was very polite and easy to talk to. He is very articulate, Well versed and soft spoken. We were then directed to our room
Which was one of the king bed rooms Looking out
Towards the Seymour river located directly in the back yard. We were then greeted by a very clean room with some of the softest bedding this old body has ever had the pleasure of using. The bathroom and shower were very clean and there was shampoo and soap to use, And of good quality. Not like generic hotel stuff. There were fresh bottles of water in the room. Yes, There was indeed a fridge in the room, And yes, Someone had complained in an
earlier rating that it wasn’t plugged in, But I would rather point out that I understand that they use a lot of power and energy to run for no reason. So we simply plugged it in when we needed it and our drinks were cold when we needed them. It’s a blessing to have a fridge in our room for this reason.
Each day we were given fresh new towels, facecloths and bottles of water.
Every morning Michael has a wonderful breakfast prepared. It isn’t the same thing over and over either, It is cooked personally by Michael, And delicious.
Michael was very helpful and he knew Vancouver very well. From great tourist sights, hiking trails and picturesque views, To great restaurants either in the greater Van area or close by. He was always polite and a true pleasure to converse with, Telling is stories of his childhood growing up in China or his ventures for work abroad. Michael is very family oriented and a true, Wonderful person.
I Cannot say enough about the perfection This stay attained. We will most definitely be back and look Forward to it.
Affordable, clean, Quiet and beautiful.......What is better than that?

We stayed at the Riverfront for 3 nights. The location of this BnB is absolutely beautiful. River side, this stunning home backs on to the Seymour river. The home is well taken care of, the rooms are immaculate. Our room had an amazing view with lots of natural light. The bed was soooo comfortable. After long hikes, it was so nice to come “home” to a clean and relaxing environment. The breakfast and coffee were delicious. Generous helpings and always offering more. Michael had awesome suggestions on places to visit and eat. Thanks for recommending Deep Cove - one of our favourite days spent. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for your hospitality, Michael.

My husband and I stayed here as part of a road trip, on our way to Whistler.
The house is very easy to find from Highway 1 West, and Michael sent us detailed instructions by e mail.
When we arrived, Michael met us and took us to our room, it was beautiful, very stylish with little clutter, which suits us. All the fittings were of such a high quality, our bed was super king size, lovely pillows and soft cotton sheets. The ensuite was great with lovely Argan oil shampoo and shower gel.
We walked down the garden to the river, it is so pretty, and the sound of the river lulled us to sleep at night.
Breakfast was served in the elegant dining room, and was plentiful and beautifully presented.
We were sorry that we only stayed for one night, and would not hesitate to recommend
Riverfront B&B, many thanks Michael.
