We throughly enjoyed our stay. There was an ice rink fulll of children’ s laughter, friends and family close by. It was the perfect stopover. The staff were perfect as was the hotel. Thank you very much
The staff were friendly and accommodating - business like but warm and very confident in the way they handled their guests. The cleaning staff went out of their way to be gracious. The room was very clean and we had a picturesque view. We were close to the elevator so I was a bit nervous at first but we never heard a thing. So quiet. The food (at breakfast) was really good and the waitress even better (if that's possible). I will definitely stay again when I visit North Vancouver.
Had a spring break trip with My grandson ,we enjoyed the pool and nearby museum.Fantastis vier from our balcony ,friendly and accommodating staff. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience ,would recommend
Very nice location and ammenities. Price is a bit high for a regular repeat. Parking is an extra that was unexpected and high priced. Staff and hotel was great. Amazing location if you get a room on the harbour side
Location is the best, kind staff, excellent service, rooms clean and quiet. Parking price reasonable, restaurant is fine, food is good and service is attentive. Easy and welcoming check in and check out.
Amazing Package > great location : great restaurants everywhere within blocks : great coffee & bakery places : wonderful museum and art gallery : craft breweries : walk along the seaside : good shopping shops : The Hotel was beautiful with comfy beds - stylist rooms and wonderful service. This made for a most amazing stay vacation - thank you !! Paul and Jan
It was convenient for us to stay in this hotel we live in West Vancouver north shore does have hotels around this area beautiful view and surrounding restaurants were great. It would definitely recommend my family some are coming this summer definitely they will come and stay.
Great place. COVID safe feature I value most.... you can open window to small balcony for fresh air. Quiet location , though downtown North Vancouver. if you have business in Vancouver very easy a dquick access over 2nd narrows bridge. On site parking very convenient. Super safe neighborhood if that is a concern to you. It will be my 1st choice in future visits to Vancouver area.
Room was clean. Bathtub was small. TV was small. The harbour view was partially blocked by a giant crane outside. The food at the restaurant was subpar. The waitress even told us not to order the salmon chowder as many people had complained. This was on the daily special menu, as well as the main course which they had run out of. So basically 2 of 3 items were not available; only the dessert was. Should have been massively discounted. Didn't get the mashed potatoes I was expecting as they not only changed the meat, but the entire sides that went along with it. Quite disappointing. The pool was good. Hot tub was hot. Sauna and steam room were good (after allowing a bit of time for the sauna to properly warm up). Free coffee/tea in the room but no easy means of filling up the water were provided. BIG NEGATIVE: room service stopped at 9:30. When I called around 9:45, they suggested one of the 3 expensive restaurants nearby. 1 had already closed.…
Excellent in almost every single way. Having the Seabus on the doorstep gave access to Downtown as well as North Vancouver. Lots of local restaurants to choose from; we especially liked Joey’s. Thank you.
