Stayed in 2 BDRM suite. Rooms are outside entrance. Our window didn't close properly so open a crack and it was noisier and colder in the main room esp because the thermostat didn't work either! So turned up heat in bedroom to try to warm up main area where my daughter slept on

Waitress extremely rude. Blamed where we were from (Vancouver Island) to why the cheese tasted bad in all of our meals. We were in a room on the first floor, the window would not lock completely. The bathroom was awkward and dated.

I was getting ready in the morning and housekeeping came barging in, no knock no warning, I was not dressed at the time, it was quite embarrassing. Completely unacceptable. I would hope the housekeeping staff should at least knock before entering a room.

Pretty sure there's no height limitation for outside parking. It's better to phone the hotel.

does the hotel do airport transferes
No. They are outside the main area for shuttle transfers. I took a taxi which cost between $50 - $60CAN. Chauffeur driven Private car hire is a little bit more. You can take the train, but have to change midway through the journey then walk or take taxi from the station closest to the hotel. I hope this helps. Safe travels Atlantia
