My family and I came to this hotel for a very brief period. The cleanliness seemed okay and it was nice to see that the bed was a king size one. The sheets and linens appeared to be clean; the water quality seemed okay but the wifi connection and the AC unit were the let downs. The AC was just too noisy and the wifi was a complete waste of time. The worst I've experienced in years. Parking seemed okay but we never got a spot at the front. Only at the back and side. The reception seemed friendly and we were allowed 2 complimentary bottles of water upon arrival. We had an issue with the access cards on one particular evening which required a replacement. The shower had a slight leak and the toilet seat was pretty hard and uncomfortable. All in all, I would say this was an average to good experience but for the price paid, it could have been a lot better. Would we return? I can't say for sure.

Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, newly refurbished. Very good breakfast with both hot and cold / salty and sweet servings, season fresh fruit, yoghurt. Nice staff. Wifi. Ironing board. Extractable shower (in North America rarely granted). About 45 CAD taxi ride to Toronto downtown in the daytime, might take less at night, not aware of a shuttle bus. "Business centre" available (PC and printer) in the lobby. Petty food corner offers a small choice of snacks and beverages. Affordable prices (good value).

Average hotel. Rooms were clean. The biggest mini fridge I have ever seen. Beds were comfortable. Showers could have used more pressure but sufficed.
The tv reception went on and off and the wifi was good.

Definitely would not have paid $220 a night for this. Unfortunately we were forced to pick a hotel from the hockey tournament we were attending.

The highlight was the hotel restaurant which served big servings of food and was tasty.

Good, basic accommodations for the night at a reasonable price. Security guard was patrolling halls and parking lots. Room appeared clean and hotel was very quiet. Bed was comfortable; climate control worked. Quick check-in and check-out.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Not SAFE!!!! Our recent stay at this hotel was a series of disappointments from the moment we arrived. We were assigned a room directly by the elevator, which was already concerning due to potential noise. Upon entering the room, we noticed the bathroom light had been left on, and a quick glance revealed the room was not clean. Dust coated surfaces, the floor hadn't been vacuumed, and the sheets were visibly dirty.

When we requested a different room with a tub, we were curtly told, "No." To make matters worse, the room's electrical outlets didn’t work in several spots, and the door’s safety lock was broken, leaving us feeling unsafe. We had to prop a chair against the door for security. Starting at 5 AM, we were disturbed by the corridor door slamming repeatedly until 8 AM. Despite calling the front desk at 6:40 AM to address this, no effective action was taken, leaving me—pregnant and traveling with kids—exhausted from the worst sleep ever.

The pool area was no better. The staircase leading down to the pool was rusty and unsafe, and the pool’s handrail was unstable and rusted out. Pool chairs were also in poor condition, with rusted legs posing a hazard.

When we raised these concerns, the front desk staff, particularly a supervisor referred to as "Dear Abby," was dismissive. She offered no apologies or solutions and didn’t address our requests for a discount. We later contacted Priceline for assistance, but the hotel falsely claimed no complaints were made. This was untrue, as we, along with seven other guests, expressed dissatisfaction with the poor conditions and lackluster customer service.

This hotel is misrepresented as a 3.5-star establishment—it barely qualifies as 2.5 stars. The experience was unacceptable, and the property is in dire need of better management, improved cleanliness, and safety upgrades. Avoid this hotel if you value your comfort, safety, and basic customer service.

Wish we had more pictures but we couldn't charge our phones. I have pictures of the dust and dirty floors.

This hotel is in need of a major overhaul . Dirty stained carpets , room was not clean , coffee maker broken. When we went to the from desk for help we are told to email the manager . No help offered. I bed is small and the the duvet cover was two bed sheets folded over the duvet . This hotel was not worth what we paid for it .

I was recently booked to stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Toronto-Markham:

When I arrived at the hotel to check in the lobby was filthy and when I went into the room it was not up to the standards that the website had represented. I have attached photos of the lobby area, the hallway, and the carpets in the room.

I expressed my displeasure to the front desk and was told "we've had a lot of complaints but it's the owners that have to replace the carpet and furniture". I told her that I wouldn't be staying at the hotel and would like my money refunded. She said that because of the way I'd booked the room there was a no refund or cancellation policy.

I have contacted Choice Hotels and they have told me that I need to deal with the property directly for a monetary refund. I have contacted the manager by phone twice, with no returned call. He has responded by email only to say that he will not be refunding the money.

The website completely misrepresents this hotel.

When I reserve the room the price they offer due to the dates which hotel does not have customers quoted me $135.
When l saw the bill it was $165. At the reception I told the person that this is wrong. He told me this is something that you have to go through 3rd party. I asked what do mean by this, he said we cont do nothing about it.
I mentioned to him that I called your hotel and he said we can’t help you. When I asked to see the manager, he said sorry we don’t handle room rental issue.
Also the room was too cold and even I tried to raise the temperature it did not help

This is a very poor way of handling customer’s issues

I don’t recommend this hotel to any one.

Hotel looked OK in the pics and had 3.5 stars, so we figured it's decent. It is decent but for a motel not a hotel. This place is outdated and has a very dirty feeling, and that was confirmed when we opened the sofa bed, the linen was dirty and bunched up from previous user.
The staff, Asian man at the front desk was sweet and helpful, and brought us clean Linen, DIY style. The bed is much smaller then expected, the bathroom is ok,
Basically I'd give this place 2 star max. They need to revamp

It is true that at 6 p.m., the best hotels are already full.
The name was not very attractive but as it was written "by Radisson" it reassured me when you know a little about the seriousness of Radisson in general.
But don't be fooled by this particle added to the name, I regretted my reservation as soon as I entered the lobby when I saw the trash can overflowing on the floor and I was far from suspecting what happened next. Yet at $270 for a basic King room, I was hoping for a minimum of comfort and modernity…
But after spending 2 hours in this hotel, I had to resolve to travel around twenty kilometers more to book at the Novotel because the hotel, the corridors and the room were so filthy, this style of carpet was very fashionable in the 70s, questionable stains on the floor, while unmaking the bed, I noticed soiled sheets and hairs.
I did say that I spent 2 hours in the hotel and not in the room, because on 3 occasions I found myself stuck outside due to a stuck lock problem waiting for maintenance to deign to come, not to resolve the issue since it has reoccurred three times but just opens the door for me.
A word of advice, run far, far away from this hotel which is a hotel in name only, because it looks more like a junky's den than anything else.
