Excellent service. Clean facilities. Attentive staff. Nice lounge and bar. As a warning breakfast not included but a nice breakfast menu is available. Would recommend. Surrounded by a variety of local and established-brand restaurants. Easy to find and free parking.

We spent 5 nights here before Labor Day. The hotel are little dated . Lydia at check in was very accommodating and provided us a quiet room on fifth floor facing the Bank of China parking lot. We slept well all five nights ( we are also very fortunate that the the little league baseball teams were in second and third floor the last 2 nights ). Julian the other staff at front desk was very helpful when the previous guests accidental locked the in room safe with the door open, he took care the problem promptly. There are numerous restaurants within minutes of walking from the the hotel. The only issue was the hotel closed one side of the parking lot for repair during a long weekend when the hotel was full, and there was no one working the whole time, Poor planning for the management !

Clean room, comfy beds (I had a room with 2 queen beds), working appliances (fridge, microwave). Free parking. Decent quality breakfast, fairly priced (omelet is especially recommended)
Cons: the interior is a bit dated; During our stay, at some point the thermostat started misbehaving, so the temperature dropped a few degrees at night. After couple hours it somehow fixed itself.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool looked a little tired, needed fresh paint on the stairs and floor. The hot tub was empty. There was a breakfast offered at a fee starting at $9.50/person. A small bottle of pop from the "store" was $4/each. Everything seemed to be a la carte.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay. We're glad you found our hotel clean and quiet. We've noted your comments about the pool area and unfortunately due to challenges in securing necessary parts, we've had to make the difficult decision to decommission the hot tub. However, we're excited about upcoming renovations to our recreation center and believe these will significantly enhance our guests' experiences. Regarding the breakfast and store pricing, we're constantly reviewing our offerings to ensure they provide value and meet our guests' expectations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back to experience our improvements.

The worst of the Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed in on our trip so far. Height of season, they have decided to re-do the parking lot so that you can not park near the hotel.

Hotel staff unreasonable and unhelpful. We leave tomorrow and have to drag all our luggage (dog included) across the carpark to another one nearby, in several trips at 4am in the morning as we can not come closer to the hotel to load up the car.

If you are of an older age, this may not be the hotel for you incase you are made to carry all your luggage way over to your car in another carpark off site.

Carpets in room sticky, bathrooms old and dated and air conditioning unit so loud it keeps you up most of the night. Wall paper peeling from the walls in the hallway. I need a vacation to get over this vacation.

We checked into this hotel over an overnight stay. It seems to lack the warmth and welcoming feeling from the front desk both at check in and check out. However, the process was performed with efficiency. The hotel also authorized about 40% extra on top of the cost of the one night stay to cover the "incidentals", which I think is excessive. The room was clean with all necessary amenities, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a little bit of a disaster. The faucet for the sink was wobbly; the water pressure for the shower was inadequate; the hotel has restricted the movement of the shower control lever to about a quarter (or a bit more); the water temperature needed to be adjusted often to be comfortable when taking a show. The worst is that the toilet stopped flushing, and we had to call the front desk for a plunger in order to clear it. The plunger was delivered pretty quickly, but I would rather the hotel showed a bit more concern and sent in a person to do the job rather than leaving the guests to be the plumber also, while expecting us to pay for the room. The internet signal in the bathroom was also sporadic, and it cut in and out frequently. Overall, it was not a very satisfying stay.

I stayed one night on April 28th. There were multiple reasons why my stay was dissatisfactory. 1. The shower pressure was extremely low, seemed to be overall of poor quality. 2. the toilet did not flush properly. 3. the fridge did not work at all. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated which I only noticed in the morning after taking it out of the fridge. I had to throw out over $180 worth of medication. 4. the AC unit was extremely loud at night and would wake me and my mother up throughout the night. For the cost of the room, I'd expect at a minimum that all the items I listed above to work properly for basic necessities. I would not come ack not recommend to anyone. Would rate a 0 if it was an option. To note, I did let the front desk know about all of these issues and they offered me a free bottle of water. I did not accept this as it seemed a big of a joke to me.

Another excellent experience at the Garden Hilton Hotel where I am right now. Room 308 has a perfect view of the Sheraton Hotel, Best Western, Tim Hortons, Host, Indian restaurant and Shops of the Parkway. Super quiet thermopane windows. All staff were very friendly especially the Bartender who served me a delicious Chicken dinner. Two Queen bed.suite is perfect. Pool was warm at 80°. Very grateful for 5 star service. Will be back soon❤️❤️❤️

What a delightful, wonderful hotel.
we were attending a family affair being held in north Toronto and we found this place to be affordable and accessible by the roadways in the GTO.
we were greeted by friendly front desk people and got to our rooms quickly.
The rooms were spacious, bright and well appointed.
One downside was the queen bed was smaller than a real queen bed (more like a large double) and mattress sagged in the middle.
but the lobby was comfortable, and breakfast in the hotel was inexpensive, with good service for basic food.
parking was free.
And in the area there are about 30 other restaurants from cuisine from all over the world. All within walking distance.
This place was really great and we would return here again, if we should ever be back in this area. I was very impressed!

Entered room and vey noisy HVAC fan was on full blast. Unable to adjust to any other setting and could only turn off at wall thermostat....continued for duration of stay. Curtains only closed to outside edge of windows with sheers only covering windows. Large amounts of outside ambient light at night combined with sunlight streaming into room in morning prevented quality sleep...the one thing that one looks for from a hotel stay!

Room was well appointed and clean.
