Location is great. Walk across the street to public beach. Renovated but poorly done and incomplete. Little or no covid practices. Bring own Lysol wipes and wipe down before you bring anything in. Scratches and dirty walls. No fresh shower curtain. No Kleenex. No coffee maker.
Now for the positives. Wonderful courtyard with fenced pool. Outside of each room patio table with umbrella and chairs. Can put kids to beds. Steps away you can visit outside. Centrally located. Lots of places to walk. Staff very accommodating.

We would not choose this hotel again. The pictures on the website show a much nicer hotel than it is. The positive was that there were clean sheets and towels. Unfortunately, we had the room by the locked gate which didn't lock and made a lot of noise every time guests went in and out. The deadbolt on the room door did not work. There was no way to charge a cell phone without a block(which we didn't have) because it is an outdated room and lacked USB ports. The wifi in the room was exceptionally slow and I was unable to get my computer to connect. The pool water was quite dirty with many dead bugs in it.

Ok if you're traveling and need an overnight stop to rest, but would not recommend for an extended stay. I'm a senior.
Kitchen pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and utensils are "long in the tooth" and should be upgraded. No glasses in cupboard. No room cleaning because of covid (I was told). I had to do my own cleaning and had no clean sheets unless I went to the front desk. No toilet tissue unless you picked up at front desk. I ended up buying my own, as it was easier than walking all the way to the front desk; front door is always locked, so you have to stand and wait till someone comes.

No Stars for this place!
Booked a week and asked for refund the second day there because common grounds pool area was So Dirty I never seen them cleaning anything. He said no refund but was glad I booked with booking.com after my email to them they got us out after 3 nights there.
They didn’t seem to care when I complained about how dirty it was they just walked around with their masks on.
This place needs a health inspection even without covid19 this place is Gross!
Pics of common picnic tables for everyone to use Never cleaned in the time we were there. Parking lot by our bike never cleaned! Walkway to rooms Never cleaned!
Imagine the pool water ewww!

I have been coming to this Hotel for many years and now and have to say the owners have really stepped it up. You can see they are always reinvesting into the place. My room had Quartz counter tops, brand new built-ins, brand new flooring and tile, the Bed was comfy and the room was spotless. They had the kids pool running in the courtyard with coloured lights and a fountain, was really pretty in the evening. Right across from the beach and around the corner to walk anywhere. So for $99 in the off season, it’s an incredibly good choice.
Summers are packed and busy but that is a given in the whole town but the shoulder seasons are a beautiful time to hit Osoyoos.

We had just an awful experience. We are seniors and asked for a ground floor unit. Instead we got one of 4 upstairs units. When asked why, they said it was because we booked through Booking.com. The complex was in terrible condition, with building materials everywhere. Our room had TWO fridges, no coffee maker (covid 19 used as the excuse), very limited kitchen supplies and OLD beds. Definitely a 3 with lipstick.

The pros': room was quite adequate in essentials, small fridge, micro wave, tv, desk etc. Bed was comfy, if you are on the courtyard side it is quite nice like a little oasis with the pool and lots of tables to eat/hang out. Very close walk (literally) across the street from the beach including a small stretch of public access beach (with sand/places to lay etc) Lots of food around, Osoyoos is small. Hotel staff was nice, the front has been Reno'd and very clean and cool. AC worked well. My only negatives would be their towels, they are very thin and had stains on them which made everything else that seemed quite nice for a medium grade motel a little less. There is also no where convenient if you have a dog to potty them, you will need to go for a walk each time and in the summer can be too hot on pavement for them (luckily I can carry mine). But I would def stay here again, but seriously, get better towels!
