This is a really nice place in Osoyoos! It's super clean and very easy to access from the highway. Despite Highway 3 going right by, you don't hear it and even the rooms at street level are very quiet. The pool is beautifully maintained and very pleasant to sit by. Right next to the pool is the BBQ area and this is a real bonus. The housekeeping staff, especially the very helpful blond lady are very friendly and efficient. This motor inn is close to downtown and its easy to come and go. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful. Next time we are in Osoyoos, it will be our regular spot.

I believe the woman and her husband that we dealt with were wonderful, very responsive, they went way beyond what a regular employee would do to make us comfortable. They answer the phone immediately at any time. The place was very clean. This is a budget type motel and it was not cheap because we got the unit with two beds. I think they were double beds. They were in two different rooms but I could still hear noises from the front room because there is an opening over the door between the two rooms to allow air circulation from the a/c in the bedroom. The rooms are small and decor is plain but pleasant. This place has a nice kitchen which could be really handy if you wanted one. The dining table is on wheels which surprised me. It had 4 hard back chairs and no really comfortable chairs or sofa but that was not a problem for us. They had all the amenities like shampoo, facial tissues, nice towels including towels at the pool. The outdoor pool was wonderful, clean, nice variety of depths more than the usual shallow hotel pools and warm enough, much better temperature than I have found in large chain hotels. Lots of nice lounge chairs. We never heard the neighbors. There were two nice televisions, one in each of the two rooms. It would be nice if we could lock the windows opened just partway for security reasons because the outside air was lovely at night and this is on the ground floor in a motel layout where we could park right in front of our unit. Very handy. The a/c went off and on and made noise. But we did not hear road noise. Our unit was back off the road. One bed had a night stand which was nice, the other bed did not. Overall this was an impressive place and would be great for families.

Very hot when we visited inAugust. We arrived early and room was ready. Great service from the front desk and the ladies doing the housekeeping were working really hard. Loved the pool, we brought our own chairs but they had plenty of chairs and tables with umbrellas. Barbecues and laundry available as well.
Short walk to town and grocery store. Rooms were nicely renovated.

Our room was newly renovated, very nice and clean. The property is well kept and within easy walking distance to grocery stores and Osoyoos centre. A microwave in the room would have been nice. The bathroom light switch and fan were connected, the latter being very noisy. Not sure about the Covid-19 protocol as some staff members were not wearing masks on the premises. Overall, we had a very nice stay at this property, had it not been for the check-in experience. The lady owner was very pleasant and accommodating, but the male owner seemed somewhat grumpy. During check-in the male owner made a very inappropriate and crude remark in my presence, which left me as a female feeling extremely uncomfortable. This was not only very unprofessional but also not cool at all.

Such a lovely stay. SO clean smelled like just been cleaned. Host was SO nice , one morning she joined me just sitting by the pool enjoying coffee. We chatted -so nice . Close to town, nice pool and so many plants . Would stay there again. Oh, and best part? Usually if you get two beds they are still in the same room. This place ? Separate! Separate room for the second bed .

Never again. The rooms were freshly updated, clean, and the beds comfy but the rooms were ice cold and took forever to heat up. I could see my breath after 4 hours in the room with the heat on full. Our family of four wound up cuddling in one bed for the night. The ice cold floors never did warm up. The road noise was also very bad. We came here because the price online was advertised as $89/night but when we arrived we were told that price is for a room with one single bed. The actual cost for a room with 2 queen beds was $140 a night. For comparison: The Best Western down the street was $130/ night for a room with 2 queens and included breakfast. I checked in the middle of the night but we decided to stick it out.

We were pleasantly surprised when the owner (Diane) graciously allowed us to check-in early.
The room was very clean and had obviously been recently updated.
There’s a nice pool with lots of chairs for relaxing. There is also a bbq area behind the pool.
The owner even offered to start up the fire pit beside the pool for us to sit by in the evening. The propane tank was being fussy but she very good-naturedly got it working. We spent a beautiful part of the evening under the stars enjoying the ambiance of the fire pit by the pool. We were not expecting this special treatment and it was the highlight of our trip! Thank you!!!

Freezer and fridge needed defrosting. Not able to sit outside due to neighbours two doors down smoking incessantly!
But on the positive, we loved the pool and sitting area close by.

We booked here based on the price and the pool, we were not disappointed. 8 of us stayed in 4 rooms, not one complaint. It’s newly renovated and very clean. The rooms are big, comfortable and there is a blackout shade for the windows. The pool area tops it off, lots of room to sit, shaded areas, towels, ice and a propane fit table. The staff are great, the lady ran an errand for us and gave our friend a ride. It’s a bit away from town but the walk was nice after being on the bike all day, we didn’t find it too far to walk to shop and dinner. Would stay again 10/10.

Honestly didn't have high expectations with staying at a motel. But it was actually such a great stay and they surpassed a lot of more expensive hotels i have stayed at!
Diana at the front desk made us feel like we were staying at home, such a lovely woman.
The rooms were clean and basic, the pool was awesome and big, great lounge chairs and a little firepit. Would totally look forward to staying here again and not worry about spending lots more on something 'fanicer'.

Hi there 40jeng. It's about a 20 min walk from our motel to the lake. Nice walk. Straight down Main St right to the beach. Lots of cute little shops, restaurants and cafes along the way. Hope to see you soon :)
