I am currently staying at this dump and I can’t sleep because I’m grossed out beyond! We have no other choice as everything is occupied! $200 plus tax for the dirtiest, the most disgusting, old crap I’ve ever seen. I didn’t think a place could run like this in 2020. The dude that runs it super unfriendly, no affect, creepy guy. We had to get them to clean our toilet because it was so dirty. Don’t ever come here, and book ahead of time at a better place. That’s where we went wrong and had no choice! I’ve never written a review before but I’m so appalled.

Due to vehicle problems we had to spend a night in Osoyoos in August so we knew we'd be paying more than we wanted to. We picked the Falcon because of the outside access rooms and because it was older we figured it would be more affordable than others available in the same stretch. It was a bit much at $149 + taxes for a double bed, 2 people but we figured for that price the rooms would be reasonable and we were in a predicament so we took it. WE WERE WRONG! When we opened the door to our room we were appalled. Outdated and not clean we continued to find more and more concerns. The kitchenette was ancient & unclean and I would never put food in the oven - the rack was beyond gross. There were mismatched chipped dishes, a knife that probably hasn't been sharp for years and other crap that appears to have been bought from thrift stores' discount bins. The TV was on top of the fridge, in front of the air conditioner. The fridge ran constantly and noisily. The plumbing was loud enough to wake you up during the night. There was a light fixture on the headboard that was a wooden box built around a bare bulb, broken plastic ceiling fixture with a short pull chain (the metal box that should be inside the ceiling was attached to the inside of the box) and it had a cord that ran behind the headboard and down the side of the bed to a plug behind the desk. The smoke detector looked old so we pushed the test button and nothing happened. Not only is this a disgusting motel but it's also UNSAFE! You'd be better off sleeping on the beach or in jail than wasting your money on this rip-off dump.

This place is disgusting!!! The owner was rude right off the hop! Acted annoyed that we were even there.. we asked for an extra pillow.. she rolled her eyes and said she would bring it.. it never came. It was late so we went right to bed.. in the morning we noticed red stains on our sheets.. when we brought them to the front desk the owner told us it was paint! They use there sheets as drop cloths on the floor and then on the beds!! She refused to do anything to accommodate us or offer even an apology! What a dump!

We tend to wing it on all of our trips and this was def a set back for stopping in Oosoyos. Falcon was the only beach side available in town. The only thing good about it was the beach was just two steps away. The water was awesome and the beach was great! Def not worth the $170 for the room but was def worth the $$$ to be that close to the lake!

I'll admit it's a motel, so it won't be the Ritz, but my when we got here....we just wanted to leave. The guy at reception didn't really understand what we were saying and he looked a bit creepy. There was one other guy staying in the whole place, and spent a lot of time staring at our room. Which was pokey, not overly clean and smelled severely of smoke. We were meant to stay two nights but the creep factor wore us down and we did the one and left.

We have stayed at this motel for many years but it just is not worth it anymore. This year we were there for eight nights and had two rooms.
The owners do not want to be there and it really shows as they are actually rude to their guests. They are making no effort to keep up the hotel or the grounds even on a daily basis. Their attitude reflects this in all areas. Maid service is hit or miss as to what they will do or what supplies they will leave. We had a problem with the sink and were given a plunger and told "we had created the problem we had to fix it". The garbage dumpster is so old and dirty it smells continually and is located close to the pool and beach and right beside the lawn\sitting area. They will rent to any age and then do not make an effort to control the noise and drinking when it gets out of hand. We had to get up at 3 am to break up the loud parking lot party and on a different occasion the police had to come during the day due to a fight. The rooms are not very clean, they need to be aired out daily, the mattress are hard and the a/c varies per room as to effectiveness.
I could go on but there is no point. You have lots of other options in Osoyoos and our family recommends you find some place where the owners actually want you.

Just stayed there from September 8-11 when we got there the owner said she couldn't find our booking but we could rent a suite in the fiesta ( her other hotel for twice the price since the Falcon was fully booked) I said no we have a confirmation and we aren't paying more ; booking was quickly found!! The hotel was almost empty, the tv didn't work at all and the room was very dingy ( that's why people are forced to sit outside on 60 year old diner chairs) never again will I stay at this place !!

Overpriced -140-160/night. The room had the absolute minimum. No toiletries other than little soap and a TP roll. No coffee maker. No microwave. Nothing to even hang towels on...except for the the shower curtain pole and coat hangers. Just one pillow per person. Minimal house-keeping. The only good thing was that the beach was a few steps away. There is also a pool that is nice for kids. We had an okay experience a few years back and that's why we came back here this year but.....will never return!

We stopped with family from Toronto to show them where we have stayed for the past 2 years and this time had our dog with us. We were on our way back from a fabulous trip in Kelowna at Delta Grand Okanagan, what a fabulous place!!! Anyways stopped on our way through Osoyoos and thought it would be a good idea to stop here, see what we were going to do for dinner and let everyone and our dog out to stretch legs. Next thing we knew the owner Jay was yelling at us out his window asking us to pick up our Doug's pee and he doesn't allow animals on their property. Can only say that this has left a bad taste in our mouth and we will never stay there again...not pet friendly nor people friendly. Kelowna was a great place to vacation with our family dog.

We booked this property, but did not stay in it. The place was extremely run down, stinky, dirty and loud. The property manager was rude and the pool and hot tub were not open. The property was not at all like the pictures. It looked like a slum accommodation which was extremely surprising considering there were many others on the same street that were amazing. There were no cars parked there, which told me that no one else wanted to stay there either. I don't know how this place is still open?! Horrible.
