We had a fantastic experience even though we were there in thick smoke. It looks like a great place to explore the vineyard. The accommodations were exceptional and service from the staff outstanding! It is located just outside town in a quiet location, very close to town. A great patio off your room which would have a great view of the lake and valley.

We have found the gem in the middle of the vineyard!! Absolutely total class!! Serene, quiet, comfortable,most friendly, relaxing and can't even tell it all. Room design high ceilings tall windows! Jacuzzi bathtub and tall huge shower with awesome ceiling designs. Owners are most welcoming, kind and friendly, accommodating and made us feel like family.

Booked a night directly from Shiraz as we had had a hot water issue in a previous visit. They said to call they would give us a deal! Well person who took call with my husband messed up on dates. My husband had confirmed date with me and I pulled up my calendar to confirm the date. They then Called to check if we arriving a few days later to which my husband told Hotel that they had booked the wrong date. They changed date and we thought all was good until next morning when they charged my husband’s credit card. Ridiculous! My husband called and they refused to undo the charge. The deal we came to realize after was not a deal at all was way over what we could have booked online!!!!! Lesson learned! We will never return to this place and sadly they have lost a yearly guest. They don’t care! We’ve moved on and found better in Osoyoos!!!! Terrible service and dishonest in prices!!!!…

This location was such a disappointment! It definitely isn’t luxury and is maybe a 3 star room at most. The carpet is dirty, walls are scraped, room had odour like smoke, fabric on old chairs worn. The bathroom is large and more modern then rest of room. It really needs updating and is not worth the price. The only positive quality is the outside patio and view

Supposedly a luxury guest house. NOT. The guest house seems to have been hastily and unprofessionally put together and finished. It simply lacks the quality, cleanliness and comforts expected at this price point. Be aware there can be serious noise from Drag Racing very close to the vineyard and Villas. The Guest house is located at the end of a line of landscaped Villa studios but the Guest House is separate, not as well landscaped and has a vineyard building on one side. Yes the view is nice; yes its accessed through a vineyard, yes, the folks are nice and responsive. A nice idea, but VERY poorly executed. The accommodation seems to be an old renovated cottage but AWFULLY finished. Some windows seem re-cycled; air conditioners yellowed with age; stove clearly aged and one switch was burnt, electrical baseboard heaters seem old, mould on the bathroom ceiling, no chairs in bedrooms; no hooks to hang wet towels, no door stops even so the plaster board has been punctured by doorknobs… there was only one bathroom for up to four people … not acceptable at the price! Its superficially okay but just look around and the defects are endless and this is not trifling. Its strange because the counters and cupboards in the kitchen are modern and new. However, the ‘defects’ list goes on and on… photos available. We simply cannot recommend this place at half the price. Note: this not a review of the “luxury villa rooms” but of the “guest house”.…

Anyone who gives this place less than a 4 star rating is crazy. The only things I can think of that is not perfect was the shower, that gave not too much water and the airco that made more noise than it should. Anyway, lovely setting, overlooking the lake, 3 km from the city centre. Spotless huge rooms, with patio, very nice and large hot tub, good bed, large shower, fridge, parking right in front. Built on a vineyard and fruityard. No breakfast or dinner in site, but there are enough places in the centre, like Smittys. Shiraz villa must be one of the best3 options in Osoyoos, unless you are travelling with kids maybe.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The property is beautiful and the staff were amazing. Definitely would stay here again, located super close to Osoyoos and also all the wineries. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Quiet, spacious, bright , clean and sunny. A lovely drive off the highway between rows of grape vines but easy to miss the entrance. The spa tub is wonderfully deep and accommodates 2 people however it is very slippery getting in and out. Wouldn’t hesitate booking this property again.

I booked a weekend for my partner and me based on the claim in the website "our charming boutique hotel is a must-stay for your next ... honeymoon or couples venture." Shiraz Villa did not disappoint. Tucked away from the highway amid vineyard and orchards, with opportunity for long couple walks on and adjacent to the property, we absolutely loved this place. The ad was spot-on! Beautiful view, jacuzzi, wide open room, this was the perfect weekend retreat for us.
