Comfortable beds, clean rooms, helpful staff, only problem is WiFi cuts out constantly. Close to restaurants. Decent exercise room. Good place to stay for families or if you are traveling for business.

We have stayed here before - a few years ago and were satisfied. However, this hotel is getting tired. The rooms need updating - window coverings not attached properly, old coffee pot, chair quite worn. The coffee pot was so old and took so long to brew that the light went out before it was ready and then tasted terrible....

Having never stayed at this hotel or chain before, I was unsure what to expect. Wonderfully surprised to find a very clean and modern looking room with full kitchen and washed and dryer! Room service comes from Moxie's which is great. Only downside was address is tricky to find via GPS, but let's blame Garmin instead of the hotel.

Dear Dan L, Thank you for your valuable feedback. As much as we would like to take credit for your lovely stay, it was our teammates at Sandman Signature who served you. I've stayed here many times on vacation and found it to be a good location for me at a good value. The rooms are clean and fairly good size. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that the Sharks Club is attached with a Denny's as well.

Room was clean and comfortable, though small. Bathtub tap was very leaky and drain very slow (was not looked at even though I informed the front desk as soon as I arrived). Room and furniture (and everything other than the lobby really) are worn down, probably time for a renovation. Request a room on the north (back) side and on...

The place is clean and a decent stop over but the place is tiny for what you pay. We could not fit our suitcase on either side on the bed - not an exaggeration. I'd take my money elsewhere next time. When we commented how small the room was the response was simply that is was a standard hotel room...

Dear Fun2008, Thank you for your review. Our room sizes do vary from a standard room with a queen bed to large 1 bedroom apartments or studios with full kitchen facilities. The standard queen rooms are cozy, however, our repeat guests prefer them as they’re priced with value in mind. For more spacious accommodations, we recommend our executive queen suite...

I found there to be absolutely nothing distinguishable about this hotel and brand. At check in I had to wait several minutes for anyone to appear.
