Had the suite in the 6th floor. Room was clean, a little out dated and freezing cold when we entered but decent size for the price. Balcony was nice. Rooms could definatley use an update/facelift. Hotel badly needs an after hours restaurant or something. No food after 11 pm which is kinda annoying when there is a casino open til...

I have stayed here for several important occasions because of the excellent location, the casino and the price of the rooms. Buffet is also good value for the money. Normally just stay one night for New Year's eve but booked an extra night because of the weather forecast. Snow added to the fun. The spa is an added bonus and...

The beds were very comfortable but the wallpaper was coming off the wall in the bathroom, the shower made a high pitched noise when it was turned to hot and the lamp beside the bed would not turn off so eventually had to unplug.

It was for Christmas and the chance to see family in town. The room was fine and the 6th floor nice and quiet. The room was very clean but $3.50 for a bottle of water is a steep price. Nice to have an ice bucket but sure wish I knew where to get the ice. The staff were all friendly...

Our check in lady was very nice, but it went downhill from there. I had requested a cot and a room for our dog and family and there was no cot. The beds were pretty comfortable, but I was woken up constantly from 6:00 a.m from carts rolling up and down just outside our room!! After an exhausting day traveling...

This place was awful from the second we got to the reception. The lady was very sweet, but when we checked in we were told our reservation wasn't a dog friendly room. We purposely booked a dog friendly room in advanced to accommodate our dog (obviously). We were fortunate enough that they were able to find us another room, but...

Stay away from the buffet in the Cascades casino which is attached to the hotel as the food is terrible and it is costly. Parking in the lot is a challenge as the casino is always busy & all the spaces were usually full. The hotel is off the main highway so no traffic noise. We stayed on the 6th...

This hotel was ideally situated for me t O be able to walk where I had to be. Everything worked in room/hotel. Was there only for quick trip so did not use anything else but the room but was very satisfied.

If available, I always stay at a Coast hotel, for the reasons stated in the title. I stayed for only one night this time, but I realized as I was on my way that I needed the early access to my room, as in mid-morning, which was granted at 45 mins telephone notice, at no extra charge. Thank you!!!

Nice, clean room. Match Pub and Eatery behind the casino has a nice, cozy outdoor(heated) patio. They have good food and drink specials. It is very close to the old part of the city that has interesting shops and restaurants. Is connected to a casino.

“Small fridge is good for drinks and leftovers but no microwave”

“If you prefer to shower bring a non-slip mat for your safety. There are no vending machines in the hotel so stock up on snacks and beverages. There is a bar fridge in the room ... just no wa to get anything to put in it without going into the casino to find the refreshment cart. Even with casino staff helping to locate the cart vendor it took over 30 minutes to track her to her location. This was an extremely annoying waste of our time when we just wanted to relax for a while in our room.”

“King size mattress was very comfortable, room was clean & tidy. Standard hotel room. Traffic noise minimal although we were on the 6th floor, might have been noiser if we were on a lower floor. Parking was a challenge as there is a casino attached to the hotel & it was always busy.”
