Chain hotel in Hinton, basic breakfast, good laundry facilities. We were put in the second building, which a little frayed round the edges butdually upgraded. The staff were so helpful especailly theBeaver Boardwalk. Saw 5/6 beaver pups swim out into the lake early evening.

This facility has two building one main hotel building which is shown in pictures and the second is cross the street which is a motel like building. I did not know this fact until I arrived at hotel site. To my utter disappointment I was given rooms in motel building. It was late evening and raining & I had family and no choice to accept it. I reserved two rooms and both rooms were on opposite side of building to each other it was completely un comfortable to put half of my family members on opposite side of motel building. I did not feel safe. The room furniture and setting was fine but there was smoke all over and I noticed weeds smell in the night from next rooms. Had they mentioned about the fact that this facility has two separate buildings and I would be staying in a motel building then I would have been fine. It is dishonest to hide this fact from your customers. I paid a high amount for hotel rooms not for a motel. The only thing I like about this facility is front desk customer service they were cordial & helpful. To hotel management you should put pictures of your motel building too so customers should not get disappointed. …

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious and clean My only complaint is that the carpets are worn out and have stains at several places which brings down the overall appeal. Over all - great place for a quick stopover in a budget.

We stayed in the bigger building that can be seen on the left side in the picture. The Room service is very good. We took 2 rooms and both rooms are bigger than other hotels we stayed in during the same trip. Our door was not locking and the response time was very good. Breakfast is good too. Overall stay was impressive, so thanks team.

Clean, spacious, and quiet. Got a room with a jacuzzi and a super comfy king bed, it was absolutely fantastic for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At just about an hour from Jasper National Park, it's a wonderful place to stay if you want to enjoy the park but want to avoid the crowds/the Jasper prices.

Right from checkin the experience was great. The manager remembered me from when I booked at Lloyd a few years ago. The room was very spacious and clean. The shower was always hot and lots of pressure. The kids loved the pool and slide. Breakfast was small but very good. It’s a play I would stay at again. The beds are firmer so if you like firm they are good. Huge TV as well.

On a recent road trip we just needed a place for a quick sleep in the area and picked BC McInn strictly based on the price so we were delighted to discover what a great hotel it is. Easy check in with friendly and helpful staff and the room was spacious, very clean and comfy beds. Plus the free breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold offerings. We’d definitely stay here again

It’s about 50 minutes drive from Jasper, but the lower cost outweighs that. Our executive room was large, well furnished and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our breakfast - good to have a decent hot option. Parking is very easy. There are several restaurants within easy walking. We were very happy with our stay.

5/5 experience. We had a wonderful time. The room was incredibly spacious, the kitchen in the suite larger than expected, the service was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was hardy and they had delicious cookies at the front desk. The pool was shallow but warm -great floor playing tag, the hot tub was wonderfully hot, and the kids loved the water slide. My husband says the gym was large and had lots of equipment.
