We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very comfortable, clean, and modern. All of the amenities feel nearly brand new and the furnishings are simple and modern. Unfortunately the windows at either end of the suite (we were ground suite) face out onto public areas (the parking lot and the common courtyard) and so we kept our blinds closed most of the time which means that the suite lacks natural light. This doesnt matter too much if you're out all day but would matter greatly if you were planning to spend your day in the suite relaxing. Unfortunately we experienced the lack of soundproofing in our suite when there was a bachelorette party directly above our bedroom. We complained and management/staff were quick to respond. Unfortunately the guests upstairs were not quick to listen and continued on their partying until 1am. After numerous complaints we feel fairly responded to by management but it wasn't a great experience. Parking is easy and convenient. The hot tub was clean and has fantastic views of the mountains! And its super convenient to have a dryer (and a washer) in the suite. If there was an option to rate our stay as 'good' I would choose that. It wasn't 'average' and it wasn't 'very good'.…

We enjoyed our stay at Basecamp. Lobby creatively decorated and loved the free suckers in the bowl. Reception was able to thoroughly answer our questions. Beds so comfy, spacious room for two friends, quiet (we were on the side of the building overlooking the other Basecamp buildings). Large bathroom, plenty of space to put luggage. Clean Only drawback would be the breakfast. It was packaged in a basket that was retrieved from lobby reception. No gluten free choices other than fruit. We walked down to The Bankhead for breakfast. Staff allowed us to keep our vehicle in the parking lot until after we retrieved about 2 hours past the checkout time. Appreciated as parking can be bit hard to find in Canmore.

Really friendly staff. Room was nice. Only downside was the pillow. Stuff went above and beyond for a request I have made before my arrival. And yes there is a train but we stay in the front side so we didn't hear it.

The place is beautiful. 2 rooms upstairs, all the things you need to make a nice meal, wake up and have a fresh press! Hot tub was a plus! Everything is within walking distance and some of the best coffee I've enjoyed. Must be in the water!

Stayed here for one night after visiting Banff and Canmore. Very convenient, just off the highway and in a walkable area (including to Rocket Pie Pizza which is great). Convenient fully online check in process. Room was very clean, spacious and well equipped, although it only had AC in the bedroom and some might find the hotel noisy, next to the main road and with some party lovers with heavy feet upstairs - but we had no complaints. It was reasonably priced by summertime-in-Canmore standards. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beware Base Camp in Canmore. More precisely by aware that Base Camp have several properties in Canmore but they do NOT make this clear on the check-in instructions. So I spent a frustrating 15 minutes trying to find my room when it was at another base camp. When I finally arrived at 'my' Base Camp, the code to unlock my door did not work. This is because Base Camp have adjoining buildings with the same room numbers, just to add to confusion, frustration and irritation with their check-in process.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and updated. Communication with the resort from the time we made a reservation until checkout was excellent. We stayed in a one bedroom dog friendly apartment, and it was perfect! Good location. Easy walk to restaurants.

Everything is just perfect. The kitchen has everything that could make preparing meal easy. The bed is just right for my bad back and the pillows are fluffy enough for me.All in all it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

The bed and mattress are firm enough for my back. The pillows are okay, one is fluffy and one is firm. Kitchen has everything I needed to cook food except for the coffee press which which takes time to brew coffee.
