Absolutely amazing. Stay no where else. This property is stunning outside and in. Rooms are so well appointed. All kitchen equipment if you want to cook. We ate out and so many restaurants to chose from. Year round hot tub and outdoor pool was a great way to finish our days. Hotel amd rooms are spotlessly clean. Nothing worn. Rooms are large and spacious. We had a 1 bedroom, living room kitchen and dinning area. Cozy fireplace. Under ground parking so no cleaning car off. Great location. 2 min. Drive to town core park and walk everywhere. Aboit 15 min drive to Banff. Stunning scenery from our room. Great staff. Would not stay anywhere else.

There was a time that Stoneridge was the top of the heap for Canmore properties. Those days are long gone. Absolutely terrible housekeeping!.No maintenance, pool and hot tub not working and rude staff

Lovely 3 day stopover at this great hotel. Really friendly, genuine, nice staff, special mention to Hirsh on Reception. Large suites with a big, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen area, lounge, great bathroom and balcony. Oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Great pool and hot tub with lots of comfy loungers. Heated underground parking. Nice wander into town with plenty of choice for food.Do yourself a favour and stay here.

Pros: - great location - can walk to main street in Canmore - room well laid out - nice furniture and fire place - bathroom was huge! great shower and soaker tub - kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast including really good coffee from local roaster Cons: - noisy - property is family friendly - not pet friendly - can not stay again as we now have a dog - parking was challenging - no assigned spot for room - tight corners and spaces * Property has outdoor pool and hot tub but we stayed when COVID restrictions would not allow use

I’ve been staying at this resort yearly since 2014. Now onto the third management since then, the sparkle has been lost. Smiling faces greeted me to the much loved resort… after that it was all downhill. The place needs some maintenance, from the door fob falling off upon entry, the blinds mostly seized, the tv which once connected to google chrome now inop. They have a drainage issue that makes the unit smell like vomit. Every night it gargles away (when people above or below empty there sink) and fills the place with a horrible smell. When I checked out the guy wasn’t interested, didn’t ask how the stay was and just stared at me like I was stupid. I have recommended this place to everyone for many years. You’ve lost me.

Stoneridge is a wonderful resort. The condos are spacious and if you’re lucky enough to get one facing the mountains you can wake up to amazing views. Such a great place for families. We played family games provided by the front desk each night. I walked everywhere as it’s so nicely located away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything. Pool and hot tub are clean and well run by staff. Condo was clean and well stocked with amenities. I had looked at many resorts prior to our visit and I’m so glad I chose stoneridge!

We waited for our room for 3 hours. When we arrived at the hotel during check in time they said they are still cleaning. We came back after 2 hours and they said the room is still being cleaned. They also said that the room we are getting is a Mountain View but now they said they don’t have a Mountain View.

We stayed here at a VRBO for 4 nights in May 2022. The rooms are really nice and very large. The price was a bit more than I expected but we had stayed here before and liked the hot tub and pool area and knew that the rooms were great. Our room had a few minor items that needed fixing but none were that important and didn't affect our enjoyment. I would stay here again

Brandon was able to find us a suite very last minute when our other booked resort turned out to be totally unacceptable! He couldn’t do enough for us!! Many thanks to him!! The resort is clean, beautifully appointed and very comfortable! The resort is very quiet, the pool and hot tub are cleaned several times a day and grounds nicely kept. The kitchen has everything you would need! It really is a beautiful resort and we can’t wait to go back!!!

We have stayed a number of times at Stoneridge during the summer months and last stayed in 2019. There were major issues with our accommodation (2 bedroom plus den unit). There was a leak from the air conditioning unit in the ceiling and pieces of the ceiling were falling on the floor. When we were out for the day after having maintenance
