Great hotel. Very clean and the rooms were lovely - added bonus having a living room as well as the bedroom. Beds were very comfortable and the mountain view was amazing Lots of plugs/charging stations. Staff was very friendly.

We stopped for the evening here and being a first time not really sure what to expect! WOW, does not even come close to how impressive this Resort stay is, from guest services quick and knowledgeable to the clean and fresh room! Again wow, so awesome views of the mountains out the windows, very comfortable king bed, sofa and small fridge! Amazing! The hotel has an impressive indoor pool and hot tub, and plenty of exercise equipment for those looking for a break to relax. However, I think the most amazing thing was at the one end is an elevator that takes you down to an amazing, clean, friendly restaurant. First time staying and will definitely return! Maybe we may take friends if they can! If you get a chance don’t hesitate this a a hidden gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms are large with very comfortable beds. Location is perfect...close to the highway for easy access to Banff and to Canmor downtown. Staff was friendly and very eager to please. A special mention to Shara for her kindness and so willing to help.

It was a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back soon and recommend to everyone. Staff is very friendly and beds are very comfortable. Room was quiet big. Living room plus bed room. Our room had mountain view. Plus there is free coffee in the lobby plus room.

Was all that we needed on our first night's stay in Canada. Decent size room with a small kitchen. Pool and jacuzzi opened at 5am which was a bonus as we adjusted to the time difference. Canmore centre was around a 20 minute walk. Restaurant next door did really good breakfasts.

The location of the hotel is incredible , beautiful mountain views from Our rooms, comfortable beds and very close to town centre just 10 minutes walk. Staff is really friendly and helpful and always smiling and greeting us during our entire stay. We'll definitely come back!

Clean rooms , Clean bathrooom . Good amenities in the room . Large comfortable beds . Quiet and easy to get to sleep. The room itself is large and spacious . This was pre booked as part of a tour but were I to stay in this area again I would definitely recommend this hotel

Our stay was average. The hotel is generally fairly clean. The room is nice enough and it is nice the room is divided into a “suite” style set up. The bathroom is super tiny though. The bedroom section was nice, the living room section seemed a little banged up, but that is fine. The staff are okay. The front desk staff were fine, not overly eager to help with anything. I wouldn’t call this property a resort per se, not that i was expecting much from a Quality Inn.

I called to book a room for our 25th Anniversary and Gemma was amazing. I asked her if there was any way she could have flowers ,wine and chocolates in our room before we got there so I could surprise my husband. She had the room perfect and greeted us with a smile and Happy Anniversary. She was amazing.

Showed up just after midnight, no one at the front desk. Tried to call reservations and they passed me onto the customer relations after they couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Been on hold for 20 mins. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not stay here unless it’s your last resort.
