We booked a number of rooms for a wedding weekend - Jason - Front Desk Supervisor went above and beyond! He is knowledgable about the area, amenities and the hotel. He looked after our every need, our switching and changing rooms, early arrivals and late departures and even forgotten articles which he posted out to us! Yes the hotel is... More

Came here for a weekend with my girlfriend. As soon as we walked in, the entrance looked promising. It was nothing but downhill from there unfortunately. The rooms were unfinished, extremely small, and wreaked of wet paint. We decided to check out immediately and go elsewhere.

The hotel is in the process of renovations, so it will be interesting to see the result once they are finished. It is in a good location close to Canmore downtown. The outdoor hot tub was great. Our king bed was two beds pulled together with a mattress topper so that wasn't the most comfortable. Our room was a bit... More

great staff and friendly But the hotel is built like a house. you can hear everything around you. We stayed 2 nights here and didn't get much sleep. just finished a 30 day east coast trip stayed in 22 different hotels and this one was noisiest of all. I don't expect much from this part of the world as it... More

Booked online at this location as I had previous enjoyable experience and this is no difference. We were greeted with warm welcome and the staff member did a quick check in for us and upgraded our room with no extra cost. He even gave us complimentary breakfast voucher and twenty percent card for the restaurant inside the hotel. I have... More

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights (they are pet friendly) and we really liked it. The rooms need a renovation (it's coming!), but we found it quiet, comfortable and very clean. It's located in a nice area of Canmore and they offer daily breakfast buffet and it's really good! Thank you!

We love staying at the Windtower - actually stayed there June and Oct in 2016, taking advantage of the Groupon and Living Social deals. We usually book a one bedroom unit for a couple of nights. From previous experience, the standard room, we've found is just too small - smaller than a hotel room - more like a bedroom with... More

We got our suite off of groupon so got a great deal and enjoyed the complimentary breaky...The room is nice and clean and was great to have a kitchen. Altho it lacked a few amenities such as sink scrub brush, salt and pepper, hot nuts and hot pads, and roasting pans which would have been handy as we chose to make... More

We were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast included in the reasonable price. It was a good breakfast with all you could eat ranging from the hot eggs to cereals. The room was modern , comfortable and quiet.

Very nice hotel, clean, welcoming, and comfortable; a bit more like an apartment building. Breakfast was buffet style but much better than most hotels. The only thing is that you have to park on the street or pay extra for underground (which is heated so it's worth it).
