The one-bedroom suite was absolutely lovely. High quality appliances in the kitchenette, and a comfortable sitting area with fireplace for the chilly evenings. The room had a wonderful view of the mountains, as did the balcony. Staff were courteous and helpful. Underground parking included a complementary car wash. A most enjoyable stay!

This hotel is so excellent. There is a ton of amenities and the service is an A-plus. Our room had a mountain view with a direct-line gas grill on the patio. Can't say enough about the place. Book it. You won't regret it. I saw a lot of reviews about parking being tight but I feel that is an over reach. Great location and great hotel. Would stay here again and will now look for this chain at other locations.

The check in process was efficient. The room was clean and well supplied. The rubber around the little fridge needed fixing; however, we forgot to notify the front desk. From many past experiences staying at the Falcon Crest, we know that if we had let them know, it would have been quickly repaired.

I am so happy my husband and I chose this hotel. It is located on the tail end of the busy main street so we LOVED that. It was more calm and quiet away from all the commotion. The underground parking was awesome and super convenient. Checking in to the hotel was a breeze, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Checking out was just as easy! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite on the 4th floor. We had a beautiful mountain view off our balcony. We found this hotel really quiet. It was nice and peaceful which is what we wanted as we were taking a vacation away from our 2 toddlers. Our suite was clean and presented beautifully. Big closet in the bedroom. I was shocked at how stocked the kitchen was. It was great! Everything you need is there; creamer, salt and pepper, paper towels, dish cloths, detergent, every dish, utensil, pot, pan, broom, dust pan, etc.. I’m not going to lie, I didn't find the mattress all that comfy. The pullout couch was definitely lumpy and uncomfortable but we only used it to snuggle and watch a movie in the one night. We couldn’t get our fire place working so that was a bummer. The bathroom could use way better lighting. It was hard to get ready and do your makeup properly in the dim lighting but honestly, those are my only critiques on the suite and they were minor considering how much we loved the suite and all it included. Hot tubs are busy. Going late around 930-10pm seemed to be the best time to enjoy it alone! It was very relaxing after a long day of driving and adventures. The “cardio room” is tiny, a few machines and looks out through a glass wall at one of the outside hot tubs. So working out is um, strange? On both ends. Exercisers having to watch the hot tubbers and the hot tubbers being watched by exercisers. But honestly, never saw anyone working out while there. PHOENIX ASIA BUFFET RESTAURANT needs to be renamed as a buffet entails a system of serving meals in which food is placed in a public area where the diners serve themselves. This resteraunt gives you a piece of paper with foods listed and your supposed to check off what you want… The sheet in itself was hard to understand what was what. There is a rule that the whole table must have buffet if you decide to do “buffet.” And of course, the waitress didn’t tell me this till after I had spent 15 mins trying to figure this sheet out and checked off what I thought I wanted. My husband wanted to order from the menu and not do buffet so that was all for nothing, I had to order from the menu too now. The food we ordered from the menu was brought out randomly over the span of at least 10-15 minutes so that was annoying. All the food brought out together would have been ideal. BUT In the end this restaurant won us over though because WOW the food was AMAZING! I would say it’s one of my tops for Asian/sushi for sure, if not first place. Like, I mean it. It. Was. Delicious! I will be dreaming about it back home for sure. I personally would of loved this hotel to have a traditional restaurant that serves breakfast/lunch/dinner and included a pub so it was all here at the same location. We will definitely be recommending this hotel in Canmore and you can expect to see us again one day ♥️…

We were able to get into our suite early. It was clean and very nice. It was nice to have lots of parking as well. Our daughter stopped in and was also able to park her car in their private parking lot with no questions asked. The staff were all very accommodating.

We arrived early (noonish) and asked if we view some possible rooms and check in early. The quest service agent guided us to a couple of incredibly rooms with views out of this world. We chose a fourth floor room with a fabulous veranda facing the mountains. The one bedroom suite was fully equipped for cooking, had a lovely fireplace and even a washer and dryer. We had a lovely stay and were treated royally by all staff. My favorite part of our stay was sitting on our deck in the evening or couch indoors in the morning having a glass of wine or a coffee and gazing out at the mountains. We were mesmerized by the view! Canmore and the Falcon Crest are a great base for the Canadian Rockies.

The staff are always very friendly and the rooms are always so nice and clean. I had a lovely little suite that was perfect for my solo trip. It’s great to have some kitchen amenities for dining in also. Also really nice to have underground parking access. Lots of walking path’s nearby to enjoy the fresh mountain air too.

What a great weekend at the Falcon Crest Lodge! The staff were great, with special mention to Najee who made the weekend extra special through extraordinary customer service. We've stayed at the Falcon Crest many times, and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff friendly...and the location is perfect - close to downtown, restaurants, cafés, patios, walking trails, bike trails, etc.
