The owner or staff member that greeted us was not wearing a mask during the pandemic. The fan in the bathroom was dirty. There was only one pillow each on a queen bed. No paper, no pen in room. Towels hanging over a toilet is gross. No body wash in the shower. Hot water took forever to kick in, no night stand on one side of bed. Limited plug in. Not very accessible. Fridge is set up below where you hang your clothes. Awkward set up. No extra blanket. Stuffy in the room, Bed was very comfy and the room seemed quite clean, but won’t stay again. Found the front desk staff to be blunt and not very friendly and the no mask really turned us off . Especially while travelling from a different province during the pandemic.

If I could write 0 for all of them I would called and asked for a room for a business trip and told me if I didn't work for an oil company he didn't have a room for me . Possibly the worst hotel I've never stayed at because of customer service

Nothing wrong with this hotel. After undergoing a major facelift, the rooms and building has transformed into a semi-modern location. Rooms are clean, big, have great AC in the summer and heat in the winter. Bathrooms are clean and plenty of hot water. The check in process is slightly odd (you pay up front and leave your key in your room when you leave...no need to check out) but it works. It's nothing special, but with hotel rooms difficult to find in Kindersley, there's nothing wrong with the Arbour Ridge Inn!

I stayed for business and I was in one of the newer rooms (I think - #50's) and when I walked in the room was clean and everything seemed like it would do. The room was spacious and the sheets were clean. The walls are paper thin and if someone was walking in the hallway I could hear their pants swishing which wasn't ideal however the other people in the hotel weren't out and about much when I was in my room. The rest of the hotel didn't seem all that great as I wandered by the "pool" area and it looked like it couldn't have been touched for years. The hallway had a bit of a weird smell to it but it could've been a lot worse. The beds were comfy but the room only had the one lock on the door and didn't have the top latch which would have made me more comfortable staying there.

Room Tip: I think the higher numbered rooms are newest so try to get one of those if possible.

Over the past 15years I have been staying at the Arbour Ridge in Kindersley aprox 2-3 times per year. I agree that the rooms had become dated, but last time I was through they were undergoing an extensive renovation, so we'll see how it turns out. The reason I enjoy staying at this property IS the owners. The couple who own it, live right there. They are hardworking & and set very high standards in cleanliness etc! They are not the type to tolerate people who do not respect their home, and so any quality guests will be well cared for there, and will also feel at home. I give this property my highest ratings for everything except that it is not a fancy place. It is however very comfortable, safe, and impeccably clean!
