Parking is behind the building. Other then that this is a really nice hotel! Real stand up shower. Nice little seating area in the room. Large comfortable bed. Good pillows. Plenty of shower supplies. Mini fridge, Coffee maker, and 2 TV's round out this room. The staff is super nice. The hotel had a small miscommunication as to what conference room I was to work and they were very helpful in rectifying the situation. They took ownership and everything was fine. Gym is nice, and pool was well used. The restaurant had a very limited menu. Great Place.

I stayed here unexpectedly for one night. I’ve stayed in many IHG properties, particularly Holiday Inn, and this one is true to the brand. Very nice check in experience. They have plexiglass and hand sanitizer. At the elevator doors there was a huge thing of sanitizing wipes so that when I got in the room I could wipe down all the surfaces. The room was spotless, quiet and comfortable. It was extremely hot and humid but the air conditioning kept me very cool. I didn’t tour the property but did see that the shuttle is running. Definitely recommend.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn property 6 or 7 times, thrice during the pandemic (once in late Aug 2020, once in Feb 2021, and once this week).

I'm a Holiday Inn Spire member and have stayed at hundred of their properties. This one is definitely amongst the top tier.

The rooms are very nice, spacious, and clean. Mattresses feel new and comfortable. Fariaa loves the Bath & Body Works creams, lotions, shampoos and conditioners they provide.

Unfortunately due to the pandemic, their sit in breakfast is closed. I would otherwise rank their sit in breakfast among the top 1% of all hotels I stay at (and I stay at over a hundred per year). At this time, during the pandemic, you can order items off a select menu for take away.

The hotel is taking extra precautions. They have plexiglass at the front desk, a screening questionnaire, and sanitizers all over the hotel.

The pool is closed at this time. But is otherwise a large and comfortable pool.

They have ample parking and are a short drive to lots of local great eats and have shopping centres right across the street.

The staff is very friendly and professional.

We recommend this hotel if you're ever in the Montreal area.

We were booked here by the airline because of a missed connection. Staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the selection of pillows was a nice touch. I liked that they took bookings for the morning shuttle to the airport so you were confident to have a seat.

We had to leave too early for the breakfast, but a delicious sandwich packaged by the restaurant and stored in the room mini-fridge worked well as an alternative.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that we weren't there long enough to check out all of the facilities, but this hotel exceeded my expectations.

This was previously a Holiday Inn Express, and walking in to the room it was not too appealing. I could smell oil based paint when I went downstairs for breakfast at 7 am, so someone is obviously working to upgrade the rooms, but I couldn't see much love to the room I stayed in. Bathroom light fixtures were only half working, basic maintenance does not happen.

This place is pretty beaten up, most of the lamp shades were dented and dirty, with terrible cool white bulbs that are awful to walk in to. Don't expect to charge your phone or tablet without your wall adaptor, these are older lamps with only an outlet.

The curtains were hard to close and off their track, carpets had some weird bumps to walk on, not comfortable and a tripping hazard. The bedding is the old Holiday Inn stuff, I've seen these in other Holiday Inn properties. They used way too much starch. The room was dusty, I could spot giant cobwebs probably contributed to by a very loud and dirty A/C unit not conducive to sleeping.

The tv barely had any US English channels, the local Fox affiliate didn't work on the tv, and there was a lack of network news like Fox News. You don't even get a radio in the room, the alarm clock is only a basic alarm.

Besides all this, the bar is the only thing open at night, the kitchen is closed on weekdays and weekends. The furniture in the bar/dining room were very dusty, not nice to touch it made me itchy. They need to vacuum and steam clean these chairs and carpets.

Coming in to Montreal for business and only able to get drunk doesn't feel right. I couldn't even get a soft drink in the middle of the night, the card reader for the pop machine on the third floor was broken and only took coins. It's 2023 and nobody has cash!

Kudos to Chris, he is the most attentive and polite server at breakfast. He catered to me and my breakfast needs.

Stayed here as a result of a connecting flight, really unfortunate that out of all surrounding hotels we picked this one. Had a rough and eventful travel experience for the last 48 hours, really exhausted and imperatively needed to make our flight at 6am the next day. Upon check in, we asked for a morning shuttle but they said it was fully booked, and said we can instead call them to book a taxi 20 mins in advance without problem, so obviously we didn’t feel the need to arrange our own transport for security.
As a hospitality professional, I was baffled by the treatment we received from the “GENERAL MANAGER” the next day when we asked him to order a taxi for us. He said it was impossible, so we asked to take the shuttle because the driver was already there and the next departure time only being in 40 minutes. Could well have done a gesture of kindness and showcased professionalism through giving us a lift which, by the way, takes 15 minutes, but instead began shouting at us in a way no so called professional has before (not even in a third world country). Started shouting incessantly with commentary that almost seemed mocking us proudly and shamelessly for not being able to leave and find transport.
Miraculously, we found our own Uber, but moral of this review is, do not stay in this hotel that is run by uncultivated individuals who aren’t here to facilitate or support your needs. You will find yourself in a similar situation.
Also a piece of advice for that self proclaimed general manager person: I suggest you go to the école hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, looks like you have a thing or two to pick up on in regards to hospitality, maybe then you’ll be able to find an upgrade to a job you’d be less miserable in.

Didn't intend to stay here, but here's what you need to know. If you're researching hotels at Montreal Airport (YUL), be aware that this is NOT the closest Doubletree. There are two. And like the previous reviewer, I boarded the wrong airport shuttle bus not realizing that this was the hotel I'd booked at. There are two airport DoubleTrees, one right at the airport and one whose name says it's at the airport but it's not!)

This hotel DOES not have a regular airport shuttle pickup, although they did have a complimentary shuttle that you have to book from the hotel to the airport. So be very careful and don't make the mistake of boarding the shuttle bus you see at the airport without confirming which DoubleTree you're going to.

The shuttle bus driver for the DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal Airport should be making an announcement to make sure passengers know where they're going. We rushed to get on the bus, and there was never an announcement.

The Hotel Point Claire is perfectly fine if this is your intended destination. There's nothing to do around the area. It'll require an Uber or taxi to get to YUL if you don't have a car.

We wound up at this hotel after our flight got canceled and other closer hotels weren't available. We got a comfortable night's sleep, had dinner and a drink, slept and then did breakfast the next morning.

Ruby at the front desk was nice, quick and efficient checking us in. Room was comfortable. But sadly, we couldn't figure out how to shut off a fairly bright night light on the bathroom mirror. And the room bathroom has a "barn door" for a door, so your expectations for complete privacy in the bathroom may be diminished. (It's a horrible, horrible trend in hotel room design, especially for renovated properties. Not sure why architects, designers and hotel operators think this is a wise choice. Does your home have a sliding door on the primary bathroom?)

We had a good experience at this hotel, even if we never intended to stay there.

My key message is to make sure that you're choosing this hotel intentionally if you're staying at airport hotel!

We spent two nights at this hotel, the hotel was booked for our team for a tournament.
Great location, close the highway, restaurant, mall etc... comfortable bed and nicely played out rooms. From front desk to room service, Every employee we dealt with were very pleasant. We had breakfast at the hotel, buffet was very, fresh fruits and egg station. Service at the restaurant, also above average, our server, L Moore I think, was very thoughtful and patient with the kids.
I would not hesitate to go back or recommend this hotel.

Was here for a couple of nights for business. This hotel was just a few blocks from the office and close to the airport. Room was fresh and comfortable. Rooms were very quiet, even though I had a room facing the very busy road (not right on the highway). Breakfast in my rate wasn't included but had it anyway. The buffet was standard breakfast fare and was well done. Coffee never empty, they even gave me a to go cup. Definitely stay here again if in Montreal. Oh yeah Airport shuttle was complimentary and quick

I can't recall exactly as we had a deal where breakfast was included which you may want to look into. I don't think it was too expensive though and the breakfast buffet was truly excellent. Omelet station and tons of fresh fruit amongst other items.
