This hotel is located just off the highway halfway between Quebec City and Montreal. Small hotel. Room and bathroom ware clean. Bed was comfortable. Not enough light in the room. Only two table lamps that didn’t give enough light. Not enough light in the bathroom as well.
We were staying in this hotel on our way back from vacation in Maritimes. This was the only hotel without hot breakfast. There were some cold eggs, in the fridge, yogurt and some cheese sandwiches that supposed to be warmed up in the microwave, but there was no microwave. Muffins, bread and fruit cups. I thought we came too late and hot food ran out, so I asked at reception and the answer I’ve got was that we didn’t serve hot breakfast on weekends. Really??? There was a hot food station and waffle maker. But it all was marked out of order. I assumed on the other days they would serve hot breakfast. This was unexpected and unpleasant. Not what I am expected from the Comfort Inns, where breakfasts are usually good. It is good that we had some cold cuts in the room, so we grabbed whatever was available and went into the room to warm sandwiches and add some meat to our breakfast.
Though I liked that it was just next to St.Hubert, where we went for dinner, next time if I chose Drummondville, I will stay in a different hotel

Stopped here on my road trip to Ottawa. Hotel check inwas flawless and followed covid protocols.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Hotel was in a good location for restaurants, gas stations and the main highway.
Breakfast was free but had to be ordered the night before and there wasa brown bag pick up at a predetermined timeinthe morning.

Close to the highway, amenities and restaurants. Should have requested a ground floor room instead of hauling luggage up some stairs. Pre-ordered bag breakfast that some seemed to dislike. We heated things up as required and were satisfied with what we got. Not fancy but served the purpose.

Very good hotel, quiet and very clean, friendly and helpful staff. lunch was included in the reservation, a continental lunch + there was hot and cold food very good, and the person who took care of filling the dishes and the lunch counter was very helpful and above all don't forget lunch is included in your reservation but not her tip to her who takes the time to do her job well so that you miss nothing. the only negative point of the hotel is that there is carpet in all the rooms; in 2024 it should no longer exist.

The room was sort of clean. The furniture looked like it was randomly purchased from hotel clear out sales. The mattress was very soft and my husband and I were slowly swallowed into the centre as we slept. Breakfast was bagged and the food was gas station quality, I literally could have walked to the gas station next door and bought it. Not worth $151 a night.

This place is an overpriced dump. Only saving graces are friendly staff, ground floor car access and location. The room we were in smelled smoky and dinghy. We were told the place was fully booked but were about the only occupants in the place. WTF I booked through Expedia which I will never use again. The deal is a scam. The reviews on the site are FAKE.

Cannot tell, you how many times I have stayed at this location, with never an issue. No matter what staff is on, always the same friendly service. Close to fuel, food and anything else a traveller will need. COVID-19 was part of their protocols and breakfast was a little light.

Myself & 2 other truckdrivers, stopped in to the Comfort Inn Drummondville for a nights rest. It is close to the highway, but very quiet. Check in was very easy with a fine young man named Lucas. Our rooms were very clean & comfortable.
Check the following morning was with a very sweet lady named Isabelle. We all definitely had a great restful night, before we set out the next day for California.
Thank you Lucas & Isabelle. You are both a great asset to this hotel!

First time stay. Location great for services, shopping, restaurants, mall. Hotel a bit outdated and needs renovations. No elevator. Not soundproof, and noises heard from hallway, possibly due to the gap on the bottom of door. Lobby very small and computer did not work. TV ok. Breakfast was an egg-cheese sandwich, yogourt and muffin. Friendly front desk clerk.

I had the chance to sat at here last evening. What a great spot. The staff are super friendly and go out of there way to make your stay a great one. Room was in excellent condition with a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended for an inexpensive spot to stay.
