I stayed a night on my way to lake Sacacomie from the US. The check-in was convenient and quick. Some staff were friendly, some not. The breakfast is not included, there is only a 10% voucher for the hotel guests for havibg breakfast at the adjacent restaurant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a secured parking area for the hotel guests with an easy access to the hotel lobby and the elevator.

Stayed here for one night. Hotel located right off the the highway. Friendly, welcoming staff members. There are Best Western signs at the entrance, but in my opinion, is not much of a Best Western. There is no continental breakfast like usual, the soaps/products and decore is nothing like Best Western. Not as good as your usual Best Western, but it was a good option for one night.
There was a wedding on location with loud music and it kept me awake for a bit.

We always stay in Best Westerns and this one looked great online. The restaurant was fantastic and the pool was great - unfortunately the bathroom was pretty dirty and the room was very cold (unable to change the thermostat without contacting front desk and the front desk rarely answers). The staff was efficient but not very friendly. The pool area was full of dirty towels at 8 in the morning. I was uncharged for a pet room and they said they couldn't change it due to there being no other rooms. I checked online and there were.

Happy to give an excellent review of this property. We use Best Western hotels regularly. This BW is one of the best we have stayed at. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. She also recognized we would like a quiet room. We had a king room away from the pool. It appeared to be recently refurbished. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable with great linens and pillows. I am quite particular and all the boxes were checked. I appreciated no plastic with glasses and china mugs. We had dinner at the restaurant on site and enjoyed it as well. Hope to revisit sometime in the future! Many thanks!

While driving to and from NB/ON to visit family over the holidays with our dog, this hotel provided a great stay with a pet friendly room. There was an additional $25 plus tax fee for the pet but the room was on the ground floor, meaning sliding door access to outside (instead of having to go through the hotel) and were able to park our car right outside the room, for easy unloading/loading. The room was in good shape with comfortable beds, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there are lots of amenities available, like a pool, internet, on site restaurant, etc. Overall enjoyed our experience and will likely stay there again in the future!

I stayed at this hotel with my family for 2 nights and the security was overly focused and stalker-ish and following my nieces and nephew around the hotel. And one security guard lady was telling my niece to go in an elevator with the other security guard and my niece was scared of being followed. Also closed the pool an hour earlier because "there were too many kids" the reason we booked this hotel was because some of the amenities. Like hot tub and pool. The cleanliness was very good however front desk manager Chantal was not accommodating or had compassion that we came from Ontario and couldn't care less about upsetting a ton of people and children by closing the hot tub and pool. The guy security guard was yelling at paying customers in the lobby. Still made the best of the experience because I was wirh family. But never had this experience at a hotel before and manager gave the name of the owner Mrs. Hu probably didn't care wither about upsetting patrons.

We stayed in Room 113 which is on the side of the building. You can drive right up to the door so it's very easy to unpack the car. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was quiet as it's away from the street. The staff are very nice and helpful. This is our regular place to stay when driving from NS to Ontario. For trips from Ontario to NS, we stay at the Best Western in Edmundston or Grand Falls.

I will say I felt lucky to get a room on a busy long weekend, but for $270 I would expect not to have 5 long black hairs floating around in my bathtub. The poor girl at check-in was overworked... so it was awful for me after a long drive – but more so for the woman ahead of me who quickly came back to say there was a man sleeping in her room. For $270 I'd demand a man in my room – but no such luck. This Best Western was overpriced, understaffed, and from what I could see – under managed. If it's dark and rainy and there's NOWHERE else to go... pull in and hand over your wallet. Pet friendly and just off the Trans Canada but a total rip off for a roadside hotel.

We enjoyed the attached restaurant (Pacini) for dinner and breakfast. The food was tasty and the experience was fun, with a bread grilling station free with evening meals. Breakfast was innovative and beautifully presented, and we got a 10% breakfast discount upon check-in.

The room we had was beautiful with microwave and fridge but they may have efficiencies. We're very impressed with the upscale interior. Breakfast buffet great and walking distance of great restaurants.
