We booked the room by phone. The person we spoke to was friendly and very helpful. When we arrived it was very easy to get right into the room as keys are not required so we skipped the check in process. We stayed in room 113. The room was small but had everything one would need for an overnight stay.
Unfortunately there were a few cleanliness issues such as dirty doors, coffee maker and some of the decor was dusty. The rest of the room was clean though the furniture is dated.
We had a small dog with us (small fee of $15.)
The bed was very uncomfortable. It was very firm, making it had to find a comfortable position.
Had the room been properly cleaned and the mattress been less firm we would have given four stars.

Enjoyed our stay. Had a very large room, room 103. Two large beds, Chesterfield. Quiet area...could use more lights in unit, a little dark. A bit of a drive off the main road, but close to Tim Hortons, gas stations, St. Huberts. Nice town, would stay agin. A lot cheaper than the big hotels, and a nice lady runs it. Satisfied for a night stay, after a long ride from PEI.

the staff (only one person) was friendly. the room small. the twin beds were hard and old. shower could definitely use an upgrade.....did not use. no nearby restaurants. an older part of town...out of the way place to find.

Dear Ms. Karen, We thank you for taking the time to review our motel. We are happy to hear that you were staisfied with your interraction with our staff. Since we are only a 22-rooms-motel, we only have four employees at the motel, but all of them do offer an excellent guest services. We are sad to hear that you were not satisfied with your overall stay with us. Indeed, our rooms are not the biggest of all times, howver they are equiped and arranged in a way to optimize your stay in the room. Concerning the matresses, on your next stay with us, let us know about your preferences, we have many matresses types to best respond to your needs. Furthermore, major renovations will take place in the Fall to upgrade the motel. Perhaps, many changes have been made in the previous months, such as changing all the TV's, installing smart locks, adding coffee makers to the room, adding a terrasse arean, etc. There are three restaurants 800 meters away from the motel and there is alson a gas station just across the street. I had to leave to look for another place. Waisted money. The room was dirty, with hair everywhere, including pillows, bed sheets, and bath tabs. The hygiene standards of this place are very low. The staff was very rude and told me that everything was OK.

Charmant motel dans un quartier tranquille de Drummondville. En vacances en famille, nous avons fait une halte dans ce motel très agréable , avec une chambre propre et spacieuse pour deux adultes et trois enfants.
Audrey, la jeune propriétaire des lieux a été très agréable et a répondu à mes mails de façon très réactive concernant la réservation.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix et deux nuits pour le prix d’une. Nous recommandons vivement .

Nous sommes très heureux de voir que votre séjour parmi nous a été à la hauteur de vos attentes. En effet, nous sommes dans un secteur très tranquille de Drummondville. Nous sommes à quelques kilomètres d'une sortie d'autoroute, ce qui permet à notre motel de ne pas entendre les bruits de l'autoroute. De plus, la propreté est très importante pour nous, c'est pourquoi toutes nos chambres sont inspectées avant qu'un client puisse s'enregistrer. Effectivement, la propriétaire est seulement âgée de 20 ans. Celle-ci accorde une très grande importance à la qualité du service à la clientèle. La satisfaction de nos invités nous tient beaucoup à coeur. De même, nous offrons le meilleure rapport qualité-prix à Drummondville.
