My family and I stayed here after a long flight from London England. I absolutely loved my room it was beautiful and spacious. Nice bathroom, even a great mini bar that had alcoholic drinks for sale. It was very clean staff were helpful and had a great dining hall with fantastic food. It was the easiest hotel to get to as it’s attached to the airport terminal so you don’t need a bus or taxi to get to the airport and the best part was I was able to see the runway from the window in my room. The only two things I didn’t like was wifi wasn’t free and I requested a crib for my room and I had a small toddler so I had to make her a crib out of the couch cushions which I placed on the floor in the room. We stayed at the Marriott Hotel at the Montreal Airport as it was attached to the airport and we were on our way to Europe the next day. We arrived and had a simple and friendly check in as a BONVOY member. The rooms in the hotel are beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. Beds are comfortable and well equipped and the bathroom is lovely, we used the fitness room and the pool in the morning and had a great breakfast. Everywhere staff are friendly and personal and very accomodating to individual wishes. It was a great stay, this is a very nice Marriott hotel, well run, easy to access and fully equipped. We stayed at the same hotel on our return through Montreal. Again everything was great, but we did have a very poor meal in the bar/dining room. I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled salmon as the main course. It arrived quickly, almost too quickly. The salmon, although grilled well on the outside was actually completely raw inside. The Ceasar salad, a classic simple salad, romaine lettuce, bacon, croutons and dressing, actually consisted of lettuce and dressing, no bacon, no crotons and little evidence of cheese. It was like the kitchen staff rushed to grill the fish, never finished the salad and threw the salmon on top and that's how it left the kitchen. The waiter, from the bar, said they would grill another but it would take ten minutes. I said fine ever if my partner was almost finished her meal. I sat and waited. Finally the Ceasar and salmon arrived. This time the salmon was well cooked, but now, in a rush to get the plate out they served the salad as romiane lettuce on the plate and gave me a dish of cheese, another dish of bacon and a dish of cheese. I assumed I had to dress it myself this time. Rather than send it back again and delay dinner again I did it myself. The kitchen staff need some supervision at the pass before dishes leave the kitchen because they rush too much and poorly prepare food. For a five star Marriott the kitchen does a poor job, otherwise the hotel is lovely.…

Convenient location and nice rooms. Basically your typical in-terminal overpriced hotel you’re forced into to catch a 5:10 am departing flight. Price is relative because we paid with points, enough to access the ninth floor lounge. The food in the lounge is unidentifiable by look and no labels; cold and tasted bad. The food in the restaurant tasted equally as bad. Both my wife and I were convinced that on the last day of a 33 day long trip to Canada we’d become violently ill from bad food. Luckily that didn’t happen.

This is one of the most convenient airport hotels I have ever stayed in. The elevator from lobby drops straight into US departure area. It is about 100 feet to the check in area. Once checked in there is a TSA pre check line for those that have that. Then over to customs. I had a 7:25 am flight. I got down to departures at 5:15 and was through at 5:30. Good news is Duty Free and all stores and many restaurants were already open. The hotel is very comfortable. Rooms are quite roomy. Huge picture window looking at runway. Very quiet even with being so close to runway. I had access to concierge lounge. Nice spread of snacks and apps for dinner. Was enough that I made it dinner. Overall it was very convenient and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again for an early flight…

We stayed one night layover and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The beds very comfortable. Elevator key controlled. We did not notice noise of planes taking off The location is extremely convenient since there was no need to book a car or take a hotel shuttle. We ate at the restaurant and found the food and service excellent. I loved the French onion soup All staff spoke English and the Front desk paid me a compliment on my dress. Thanks for taking the time to notice

Couldn't be any closer to the airport...attached to Terminal C. Ultra modern style, although some things are a little clunky...exposed bed supports are bruised shins waiting to happen. Lounge is OK, food is complementary, alcohol is not. A little pricy, but not really bad. Overall, can't beat the product if you need to stay near the airport.

What a great hotel to stay at. Location is perfect for anyone doing business at or around the airport. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, (left my bag at the desk so I didn't have to drag it around for meetings on my last day) The rooms are large with plenty of space and amenities. The only negative for me was the mattress was soft and I like a firmer mattress. The hotel restaurant is little pricey but the food is fantastic. The fillet mignon was cooked perfectly. The braised beef with ravioli was really good. You can always take a walk into the airport to grab some other eats if you like.

We visit this Marriott quite often. A couple of reasons we love this hotel are because the staff is always so friendly, the bar and restaurant are delicious and the rooms are so spacious. We like the rooms in the South Tower the best! They are more modern and they are always spotless. The beds are comfortable and clean. Some of the rooms look out over the airport so it is fun to watch the planes come and go. We would like to give a shoutout and a big thank you to Joana, who made our trip so enjoyable. We were so impressed that she remembered us from our last visit. She had a special treat and a kind note waiting in our room after returning from parking our car. It started our vacation out in such a remarkable way!

In-terminal airport hotels are interesting. They are convenient, way over-priced and usually staffed by arrogant and unhelpful team members who just love their jobs more than their guests. The Montreal Airport Marriott doesn't disappoint. Loyalty check-in exists. But it's only for show [like most Marriott hotels]. Add to this the icy Montreal hospitality ethic, and voila! I can't begin to explain how many ways this hotel fails, suffice to say, if you really can't get a three-minute Uber to the many nearby alternatives, then your only choice for an attached-to-airport hotel, is this one. I'll be writing to corporate about this one. "Bon" should be changed to Mauvais.

The room and bathroom were neat . But the restaurant on the 4th floor was horrible. They served me food without any napkins during lunch with my family. My family and I were treated poorly . I gave two stars because Adriana was very nice to us each time my family and I went on the 9th floor for snacks at 5:00 pm . During check in everyone was nice.
