Great location! Close to the airport and cf fairview shopping. The hotel doesn't have restaurant, but I found many options at uber eats that delivery at your door. Free breakfast. Friendly staff! Wifi worked well, I could work without a problem.
Our team had a great stay here for our tournament. Location was great to get to arenas, grocery stores, and restaurants. Staff were very helpful pleasant. Suites are very well appointed and comfortable.
If you plan on staying there bring ear plugs if you want to sleep. It took almost an hour to get to the hotel from Montreal and that should of been a warning because traffic was gridlock which would mean their proximity to the interstate would be very loud in the rooms and it was and I did not get any sleep.
I was very early arriving at the hotel for a variety of reasons. Despite check in time being 3.00 pm amd my arriving at 9.00 am Mr Maoum, the General Manager, found me a room, offered me coffee and made me very welcome. Lovely and functional the Micro-Suites made the stay more than just "good".
Went for a long weekend with my father on a cold weekend in November. The hotel was very good. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical as expected. Very useful gym. Staff mostly very nice and helpful. Convenient location for where we needed to be. The one issue was that the parking lot and hotel sidewalk in the back were icy. As a result my 84 year old father slipped and fell. The staff apologized but did nothing more. We were very fortunate that the fall resulted in soreness and bruising but nothing broken. While I could easily downgrade the rating further as a result of this (it would have given 5/5 otherwise), I haven't as much of the rest was covered in ice and snow that weekend. Of course, this is not an excuse for not cleaning up properly, so a downgrade is appropriate to account for them not being ready for the inevitable results of winter in Montreal. …
The name really suits this hotel. As a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 small children) we felt that the room we were in was certainly micro. Everything was smartly used to maximize the small space they had available, but I can definitely say that if you don't like small spaces, perhaps some of the rooms you shouldn't take. Overall though, it was a clean hotel with friendly staff. The pool was great and the water slide a nice touch. My girls really enjoyed the pool and it was fairly quiet. However, the pool space is fairly compact as well, so not much room if there was more than 3 families, that could feel pretty crowded. The breakfast was o.k. I liked that they had hot options, like eggs and potatoes, bacon, etc. Would have been nice to have a french toast or pancake, but I get that it's limited options and designed to be fairly compact. Not sure we would go back, simply because of the room size as the free breakfast for us wasn't that big of a deal.…
Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, accessible room & bathroom were excellent, included breakfast was very tasty, pool with slide & spa was a big hit, great location for our needs Would highly recommend
Flight was cancelled late at night and we needed a hotel. We found this hotel and booked it quickly before it was full. Beautiful new property, nice room and comfortable bed. Hot coffee and breakfast available in the morning. We would stay there again.
You won’t find better hotel in this area. Brand new hotel. Staff are awesome. Breakfast included. Pool and more, perfect for all the family. No carpet in some floor. Pet friendly. You need to book this hotel to see this.
Always stayed at another hotel for my monthly trip. It was booked, so I found this online. Will not be going back, this was all around great. Looking forward to staying here again in October and beyond.
