We like Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Montreal-Dorval. The room is spacious and clean. We had a King size bed and a sofa bed for 4 people and it was good. The breakfast was great. This is a busy hotel so sometimes people were hard to find a table to sit and eat. But it was not a big deal.

For this 1-night stay, I opted for the most basic room type, which features a King bed, a work station, a microwave, a fridge and a coffee machine.
The room is qutie spacious given that I was travelling alone, it also appears quite modern.
The bathroom is stocked with basic amenities such as shampoo, body wash, body lotion and a soap bar.
The minibar, on the other hand, features creamers, UHT milk, single-use cups, sugar, ground coffee and tea bags.
Breakfast was served between 0700 to 1000 daily. It consists of the usual suspects - bacon, scrambeled eggs, sausages and hashbrown. There is also a pancake machine.
Beverages served are a variety of fruit juice, milk as well as coffee.
It was overall an enjoyable stay and it definitely worthed the money given its relatively low price.

After a frustrating experience at the airport due to a cancelled flight, we found ourselves unexpectedly staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Dorval. From the moment we arrived, the incredible front desk team completely changed the course of our evening.
Alicia was the first to greet us, and after such a long and stressful day, her warm smile and welcoming attitude felt like a true gift. She was kind, patient, and genuinely caring, making us feel at home when we needed it most. Her sense of humor even gave us a few much-needed laughs, which was beyond appreciated.
Then, we met Jennifer the following day, and she was equally outstanding. She went above and beyond to assist us at every opportunity, but it wasn’t just about professionalism—though both women exemplified that effortlessly. In just a few short interactions, both Alicia and Jennifer made us feel not just like guests but like friends. Their kindness was heartfelt, and their warmth was something rare and truly special in customer service today.
The impact they had on our experience cannot be overstated. What could have been just another frustrating travel mishap was instead met with genuine care and hospitality that we won’t forget. Hampton Inn & Suites Dorval is incredibly lucky to have them, and we are so grateful for their kindness.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Montreal-Dorval for 1 night before an early flight the next morning departing from the Montreal Airport. Check-in was fine and the room was adequate. The airport shuttle operated as it should have on the morning of our flight. I should also mention that we paid extra to leave our vehicle in their parking lot for the duration of our vacation (3 days). No issues there. The problem was the shuttle on our return to the hotel to retrieve our vehicle. We called the hotel upon arrival and reception mentioned that the shuttle was not running. The man told us to take a taxi and that they would reimburse us in full. We took a taxi, got the receipt and arrived back at the hotel. The person working at the reception desk told us that they could not reimburse us because the taxi receipt was unreadable. After a brief conversation, the hotel agreed to, once again, reimburse us in full upon presentation of the transaction on our credit card statement. Once we got home, we emailed the banking transaction to the hotel. They refused, once again, to reimburse us. The hotel said they would get back to us, but they never did. I guess the hotel felt as though a small taxi fare in the range of $25 for a service (shuttle) they should have been able to provide in the first place was too much to ask. I am a Hilton Honors member and I will not stay here again.

We stayed here over a weekend, the first weekend the hotel was opened since the pandemic started. They have renovated the whole hotel and it is beautiful. The room was spotless, luggage trolley is cleaned between each use, they offer a bagged breakfast because they can’t do buffet anymore. There was even a small welcome kit in the room with mask, hand sanitizer and wipes, it was a very special touch, completely unexpected but very much appreciated. Customer service was excellent and we felt very safe and comfortable our entire stay.

I am really glad to have chosen this hotel for our stay, as I had not heard good about the quality of the services that GAA hotels provide. The room was clean and in good condition (although it could have been cleaner). Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and meals were delicious and on time. Anything we needed was just a phone call away. The room was spacious with a very good view on the highway. As GAA rates applied to our stay, room rates were really high, but compared to other GAA hotels, I believe it was reasonable.

This hotel made my required hotel quarantine into a pleasure! I was impressed with how well organized and efficient the process was from start to finish. When I booked, I got a clear explanation about what to expect, including that the taxi I took from the airport would be paid via voucher.
Throughout the stay, any questions and requests were taken care of promptly just with a phone call. The food came at a regular time each meal, each day, and was quite good. There was no choice, the meals went through a rotation, but no complaints there. Breakfast was particularly generous. On my last day I ate my egg/cheese sandwich on english muffin, orange juice, yogurt, fresh cantaloupe, and then was able to bring the remaining bagel and cream cheese to the airport for my continuing flight. Bonus for staying in Montreal is that it was a Montreal-style bagel. Yum!
I really appreciated that Suzanne the manager and all the staff I met were so incredibly efficient, friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this location.

Comfortable, clean and updated rooms. The free breakfast was great before our flight. Really friendly, helpful and accommodating front desk staff. We interacted with multiple staff who went above and beyond to make sure all was well for our car storage and for our travel to and from the airport, both at the beginning and the end of our trip. We would stay there again for sure.

If you choose this hotel, it might ruin your whole vacation. If I could, I will rate this Hampton Inn(3 star hotel) as 0 star. I booked this place on May 21st 2023 through Expedia for 1 night(July 8). My credit card was charged immediately. On July 6, I received one email from this facility, they couldn’t accommodate my stay, and provided option to put me in Comfort Inn ( 2 star hotel). This is cheating to the customer. Comfort Inn was cheaper when I made the reservation. Where can I find one hotel two days before the stay? I have to accept this option, but Hampton Inn didn’t want to refund me anything. Keep in mind that Hampton Inn would charge your credit card and put you in a different and cheaper hotel. Update: when walked in the bathroom, no soap and no shampoo was found. I didn’t expect to pay 3 star hotel to get this kind of service.

We checked in around 8pm, two adults. When we walked into our room, there was a discarded face mask that had been left on the floor, next to the bathroom door. This was a Housekeeping fail, as they had been last in the room. The second major fail cost us our night’s rest: Next to our room, in front of the elevator, was a dog who constantly barked EVERYTIME someone walked by, with no soundproofing through the doors (yes, hallway door and adjoined room door.) The Front Desk was advised in the evening of the constant barking, but nothing came of it and it continued to bark. We did not have a good night’s sleep. The next morning, at 6am, I was told by the front desk staff that I would have had to keep phoning in each time that it barked - seriously? The night clerk said that since he came in at 11pm, he was unaware of any issue with a dog. Since I reported the problem and said that it barked everytime, why was this issue not passed to the incoming night shift? More importantly, WHY oh WHY even put a barky dog in a room in front of the elevator to begin with, then keep it there when it obviously became a problem for the neighbouring guests?? I expected much better from the brand, and was soured by this “cheap motel” style of management.

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately not really but if you have the uber ap it is very affordable and we have great restaurants we can recommend less than 5 minutes away.We also have a bar/lounge that serves a limited menu, it is open Monday to Thursday or a variety of flyers from neighbourhood restaurants that delivers straight to your room.

Thank you for choosing the Hampton Inn & Suites Montreal-Dorval. Our shuttle services are for the airport and the Dorval Train station only. A Taxi from the Hotel to Cote vertu Metro more or less depending on traffic could be $25-30. A metro ride to downtown could be about 15 to 20 minutes depending where you are heading.
