I had an overnight stay here between flights. Check in was straightforward and pleasant. I stayed in a king sized room which was very spacious and clean. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable. The one point I have to make is that the extractor fan in the bathroom needs a good clean (room 404), otherwise I couldn't fault my room.
I visited the restaurant (open until 11pm) but after checking the menu, found all the food offered too rich or greasy to eat late at night (plus my gallbladder would have hated me!). There were grab n go bags available to purchase at reception for breakfast, lunch & dinner. I ended buying snacks from the shop instead.
There is also a free shuttle bus to/from the airport every 30 mins.
Would definitely stay here again.

Slept over comming back from cuba and man couldn't believe the comfortable beds. First off we stayed using a park n fly package that was offered. Easy in and out parking access. So we dropped off the truck and from the motel took the shuttle to the airport. (5 min).
When we got back from Cuba a week later around 1am, our room was ready. Well appointed modern room. The kicker was the bed. We crawled in after our long day of nothing. Surprised how tired one can get being flown and driven all day. But the bed... It was sleeping on a cloud.
Staff were more than helpful.
Clean rooms.
Room rate in our park n fly package was pretty much the same price as paying a week parking at one of the lots.
Enjoyed my stay. I'll be back!

December 2019 - one night stay with toddler

I have never seen such friendly and welcoming staff. All wearing smiles and spoke with true kindness. Staff appeared happy at work. I felt so zen in their presence.

We stayed in a room close to the runway so my toddler had the opportunity to observe planes land and take off. It was awesome. You could hear the engines roar and even feel the powerful vibration from your bed. We loved it.

Meanwhile, if you are looking for a quiet night's sleep, simply advise them at the front desk and they will give you a room further away from the runway.

We did encounter parking issues when leaving as I was unaware that I had to validate my parking and required a second ticket meanwhile I did not experience any stress or frustration as the friendly staff addressedd the matter in a prompt and friendly matter.

Jean Luc. What can I say? I believe he is the loveliest person I ever met. So kind.
The hotel chain should definitely seek to recognize his kind manner as it is such a rare personality trait these days and most appreciated by guests.

Other relevant information.

Shuttle service to and from the airport was efficient. Staff was kind.

Free access to computer and printer so I printed my travel documents at the hotel at no additional cost.

Thirsty?: There is fruit flavoured water available at no extra cost in the hotel lobby.

On the way to Mexico we had a reservation for one night then fly to Mexico and Montreal again on the way back. The one night before Mexico was fine. On our way back from Mexico we had a night in Montreal went with a group all our reservations were lost so they put us on the first floor. Our flights ended up being cancelled twice so we now have an extra three nights at the Sheraton before getting home. Once we stayed for two nights we had no fresh clothes as we were stuck in Montreal a lady named Hannah was lovely she was kind enough to take our outfits for us and have them cleaned . But after being there for two nights our garbage was overflowing , paper thin duvet needed cleaning and no more towels no more toilet paper 12 pm I went to the desk asking can the room be cleaned as we have no towels no toilet paper garbage overflowing they said yes. Three hours later housekeeping knocked we figured perfect we’ll get out of your way for the room to be done we said thank you. Came back an hour later nothing done no one there. They obviously do not touch your room until you check out which is my understanding not hotel standard. I then went to the front desk saying I asked 12 pm no one came until 330 then we left to get out of her way but nothing was done. No toilet paper no towels . She said what room are you in I can ask, do you want sheets done I said yes we’ve been here a couple of nights already. Came back garbage is done towels but not clean sheets. It’s expensive and I feel I should have to ask for toilet paper towels and my garbage to be dumped, another problem as there’s garbage we order out , they only have breakfast and supper here no lunch and we were told no room service. This is very difficult for landing in Montreal stranded for a couple of days not speaking French and no where close to go. I do not recommend

Dear M9442LBvanessao, First of all, thank you for taking the time to share your comments regarding our hotel following your recent stay. Looking at the details of your feedback, I am pleased to read of the hospitality offered by Hana and I will be sure to share the details with her. I do regret that the remaining days of your stay were not as positive. We had failed to provide you with the details of our housekeeping services at the time of your arrival and further failed to provide you with a refreshed room after it was asked for and expected. There is no explanation valid to excuses for this. Overall your stay should have been seamless and we clearly have failed in delivery. Should you return to Montreal, I do hope you provide us the chance to regain your confidence in our services.

This hotel is very close to the Montreal airport. Has a Marriott club where you can enjoy snacks and happy hour. Very unique hotel and room setting designed in a circle, with parking surrounding the hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is simple, good diversity and staff are friendly. The only things during my one night stay are 1) flight landing noise from the airport. However, it’s not an airport with 24 hours traffic so in the night it’s ok. 2) I stayed in the room for meeting in the morning until 10am. Around 9:30 one staff opened my room without knocking. I suppose she thought I checked out. 3) Check out has to be done in the front desk, unlike many Marriott that you have you electronic bills or bills passed to your room during the night to save time. In general, it’s a pleasant stay and I will come back again.

We arrived mid evening and were picking up a rental car early next morning so this provided us a convenient overnight stay with a free half hourly shuttle to and from airport just 1.7 kms away Our priority was a modern ample sized room with comfortable queen size bed mattresses quality bed linen and all the amenities and facilities you need and that more than met our expectations. The hotel itself is corporate rather than boutique in style and although modern and clean it was somewhat devoid of character but this was of little importance to us as our stay was brief.
It is not the kind of hotel I would choose to stay in a non airport location if that puts it into perspective but ideal as an airport hotel
The communication with the hotel prior to arrival was excellent with quick efficient responses which clarified any further information we needed

I have been staying here for a month for training purpose. I cannot speak too highly of the staff and service this hotel offers. From the house keeping, front desk, waiters, room service, doorman, everyone is friendly and has a smile! The beds are very comfortable, most important on an extended stay. They provided lots of convenience when needed. The pool is kept at a perfect temperature and the sauna is so nice and clean. The food at the restaurant is good and better than most hotel restaurants. Room service is great and fast! There is a lot of small touch that I like, like fresh water with fruits daily, good coffee, having the option to do eco friendly, and much more. I want to thank all the staff and management who were just so awesome!!! BTW lots of review complain about the planes, any hotel in Dorval ( I stayed at many) have the very same noise level even if this one is closer to the airport it is no louder than the hotels further away, just ask the front desk for ear plugs! Out of all the staff I have encountered, only one was always bordeline rude, and very unfriendly in the restaurant, so it is a pretty good ratio of friendly staff.

Stayed here for one night before an early flight.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were clean but a little small. I had originally booked a king airport view, but last minute had
to change to a two double room so a co worker wasn’t stuck. Despite being near capacity they made it work. I lost my view, but thats okay.

Shuttle came on time, and it was a quick trip to the airport.

We had a few drinks in the bar, service was a bit slow as they only had one member working.

One thing that was a bit of a negative was the overwhelming smell they pump through it. Its a diffuser of some sort, but in some areas, such as the Lobby it was overpowering.

No club lounge which is a bummer. I really hope this doesn’t become the norm.
All in all a typical airport transit hotel.

They’ve redone the rooms and they do look nicer. Sadly the AC is a disaster and always has been. In addition to the noisy/rattling fans now the AC simply doesn’t work. It seems to be centrally controlled. I walked into the room and it was 26C - nearly 80F. I turned it down to 21C; it never (even overnight) got below 24C. I’ve recently stayed two other times in different sections - same problem. Staff don’t care. Calls to Marriott were courteous and twice they said the manager would call. Never did. That says it all, especially now. Customer not important to this manager.

Hello Derfieger767 - first and foremost, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Though critical of our offering your experiences are important to us. We extend our sincerest apologies for failing to ensure your recent stay was a comfortable one. Yes, we have been renovating our offering and continue to do so so, including upgrades to our HVAC (heating and ventilation) systems. Though your message indicates this has occurred before, the individual control in your room should have ensured easy temperature management. I assure you we do care a great deal about you and all our valued guests. If a member of the Marriott team made a commitment to you that we would be advised, I apologize that the message does not seem to have made it to my attention. Ultimately your stay should have been seamless. Our goal is to find a way to regain your confidence in our hotel and the Services we provide. I will remain hopeful your will re consider our property when next in the Montreal area. I will attempt to reach out to you directly and look forward to the opportunity to speak with you in person. Very poor stay at this Montréal hotel. The staff at the front desk tried helping to get the phone working in our room however they were not able to do so then suggested to move us to another room and the same thing happened again the room phone is not working. We just got back from overseas and we needed to get some rest which was almost impossible in the room we checked in. The room temperature was 13 degrees and it had only a small baseboard to heat that room. The blower behind the baseboard was not working either.
At the checkout next morning we spoke to Veronica the front office supervisor and knowing what we went through she suggested and offered a complimentary room night to make up for the horrible experience not only that I mentioned that we wanted to go to the restaurant on site upon our arrival for dinner and the hostess says that they were at full capacity despite the fact that she had 4 empty tables in front of us. We called later on from the room to order early breakfast in the room before our departure no room service either however they mentioned that the property is a full service hotel what a joke.
I called Michelle, GM and told her what happened she promised to speak with her staff and get back to me and to date nothing happened. Do Not stay at this hotel. We paid 29000 aeroplan miles for the room what a shame I am going to ask aeroplan system of which I have been a member since inception to remove the Sheraton from their list. Our stay was on April 19,24 for one night.

It’s not that big and limited to 12 folk swimming at a time . It’s square and not very deep . I would say about 10metres across no more . I used a number of times to swim back and forth . It’s a leisure pool . Not really suitable for hardened swimmers who want to train It’s clean and perfectly adequate for a hotel pool

I’m pretty sure you can add persona but since this is an airport hotel I suggest securing a bigger room just in case.
