Only down side --- they don't let anyone eat in the lounge area except at breakfast. When you are travelling with a team large enough that most restaurants can't accommodate, having a spot for everyone to eat their take-out meal is really appreciated. Yes, we could have reserved a room for this in advance, but we did not anticipate this issue.

This hotel is right across the St. Jacobs Farmers Market and St. Jacobs Outlet Mall (only got a few stores). We stayed on Sunday so the market is closed. There's a restaurant (Jack's) literally steps away from the hotel. We had a nice dinner there.
We stayed here because the breakfast buffet is back at this hotel. We haven't had a breakfast buffet since COVID started, so it was great to have it again! Breakfast included egg omelette (with bacon, red peppers, etc.), sausages, bacon, warm cinnamon buns, muffins. Usual juice and coffee, they even have grapefruit juice. We had fun with the pancake machine.
The hotel was spotless and the room very well kept and cleaned.
Thank you for a wonderful evening! Kudos to the team that was working between 1:00 p.m. July 8th to 9:00 a.m. July 9th.
(it is not self serve). The location is great. Just down the road from the village of St. Jacobs with it’s lovely unique shops. Just across the road from the outdoor market which is open Thursday and Saturday year round and which not be missed! We will be back next year.
Breakfast was not run well out of eggs, out off bacon, out of coffee. We understand it is busy but this is their business and should understand the amounts needed to feed their guests without long waits.
On checking out told the desk about our troubles, I only received a smile and a sorry.
