We had an appointment in town, so we stayed here. Both check-in and check- out went smoothly, and the room was average size for a Comfort Inn. Price was reasonable for the times we live in. For a Comfort Inn, I did expect breakfast to be more diversified and expansive. We had stayed at a Quality Inn a few weeks prior in Niagara, and the breakfast fare was identical. However, the attendant hosting breakfast was in a hurry. She started cleaning and putting food items away, 15 minutes prior to the serving period ending. A few people came with 5 minutes left, only wanting coffee, and she told them that coffee was available in the lobby. So when she appeared to be in a hurry, it was tough to relax. She was out the door within 2 minutes of the breakfast period ending.

The hotel was in need of a refresh, but it was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. Price was typical for that level of hotel. I liked being having access to our vehicle through patio doors that opened onto the parking lot. Hotel is just off of the highway near several fast food restaurants, but it wasn’t noisy. I would stay there again.

We stayed here Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. The manager was very friendly and advised due to COVID, breakfast would only be cereal, toast, etc. That was fine. The phone had outdated instructions. I tried pressing the Front Desk button, but it didn't work. I found out that was not the way to contact them. The TV didn't want to work at first, so had to get front desk to initialize. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Could see a little of the water from our window. Close to the air base. Very quiet

I recommend to never ever stay at this hotel. They charge a damage deposit that is twice the cost of a single night. In this particular case, they charged $270 twice and stated that both charges would disappear. I resent any hotel chain that advertises free Wifi, but then forces you to agree to unlimited terms and sets up the signal so that you cannot stream anything.

Hotel is okay, but when we showed up we told the front desk clerk about our small dog, as we didn’t see anywhere on the online reservation to disclose it. We were told that although the pet fee is usually $15 that we would have to pay $30 because they didn’t have any more pet friendly rooms. I feel slightly swindled as I might have reserved somewhere else had I known that would be the charge when comparing hotels, but now I’m stuck as other hotels are booked up.

This is an older establishment. Despite being a non smoking establishment on entering the room we were certain we smelled smoke. Only two stories high but no elevator..
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Covid precautions in place so limited services.

Stayed two different times over 5 days. Hotel was great to accommodate our last minute reservations and late check ins. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful. On our way to the hotel for our second night, we keeps saying how excited we are for the soft sheets! Boy are they soft. They make for a the most restful sleep!

No complaints at all, not a new property, but everything was clean and in good repair. Friendly staff. Beds, pillows & linens very good. Very convenient location; close to Hwy 401, and many restaurants, gas station & a EV charging station next door.

I stay here quite often, always good service. Rooms are relatively modern, recent updates. Always clean. The location is right off the 401, lots of restaurants on the same street. Not fancy, but comfortable. Prices are always affordable. The Choice Hotels rewards program is awesome, never a problem redeeming for a free night.
