Nice little, well cared for hotel. Nice to see a maintenance worker doing odd little jobs that need attention. This was refreshing to see.
Rooms were clean, staff was nice. A good hot breakfast of eggs, waffles, sausage amd hashbrowns. Cereals, bagels, muffins toast etc.
A great location to the snowmobile trails which is right out the back of the hotel. Great restaurant next door.

Front desk staff very unhelpful. We were a group of riders, some of us got rooms on the quiet side , the rest facing the street on the lower lever, WITH paying an upgrade. Never understood why the upgrade did not include a choice of room for the rest. The receptionist insisted this the managers' policy. But didn't applied to all. We check in late and there was nothing to have dinner, the restaurant next door was closed. The Burger King across the street only worked on drive through, no car, in our case, no dinner. The only place available, with a line up was a pizza place up on the road, Nothing special with this hotel. I found it under the Comfort Inn standards. clean but not fancy, who said it was recently renovated? not our rooms. Find better!

Checked in around 4pm and asked for a room on ground floor. Had to pay a 7$ upcharge, which was ok, as I had my bicycle with me.
Room was typical comfort Inn, queen bed, sofa, fridge, microwave, lcd tv. Bed was very comfy. So-so wifi signal. Clean bathroom.
Breakfast was decent in context of covid, with Jimmy John bacon breakfast sandwich, yogurt, OK, pear.. Nice to have a warm breakfast. Coffee is the cheap room type.
No gym or pool. Plenty of parking.

Just a basic CI. Easy access , lots of parking clean rooms, breakfast is ok. Many CI,s are leaving on juice machine at night with access to cold water as well. Just a jug of water here no ice to keep it cold. My real query is that when I arrived I was on top floor. Motel for sure was no more than 40% capacity if that! I had already paid the upgrade to get the bonus points an additional $37 over my regular rate. I asked to be moved to the Ground floor as I carry lots of samples I did not realize I had booked on the top floor. Sorry sir we can’t do that!! you would need to pay an additional $25 (as I said the place was basically empty). but we would like to thank you for being a diamond member with Choice Club😀😀. Well you’re so welcome glad to give you the business!! Next trip - maybe give the Clarion inn across the road a look.

Difficult to locate going thru the downtown core but well worth the effort even towing a camper. Nice comfortable rooms that were super clean, easy check-in and friendly staff. The pre-packed individual breakfasts were a great idea! Excellent value and place to stay compared to some of the more expensive places we were forced to stay at on this trip

My stays at Comfort Inn have been always pleasant. Clean Rooms Equipped with everything required, easy check Inn , great customer service friendly staff!! No noise, close to amenities. Highly recommend.. Also most hotels require credit card, you can pay cash deposit and ID which is another great plus

We stayed two nights in early January. Check in was very easy and the gentleman at the desk that night was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately everyone else we encountered were busy on their phones or outside having a smoke.
The rooms were small and stuffy. We were told we would have two queen beds and they were clearly doubles. It was clean but my husband found he got very filled up when he was in the room. It was convenient that we could park right outside the door though.
Breakfast was fine. The waffles were good. Selection was OK we all found something to eat without issue.
This place will do in a pinch but I wouldn't rush back and would likely find somewhere else if I were there again.

We lucked out and found this hotel at 2am. The person on the front desk was very helpful. It was extremely clean. We had a comfortable sleep. Great shower and a delicious breakfast. There is hot and cold option. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly

I have stayed in many hotels & I can only say this is the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The whole hotel was spotless. I can't comment on the breakfast as we left early. The bed was comfortable & the pillows nice & fluffy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone anytime.

Came for a tourney. Worst customer service. Older woman at desk, obviously annoyed. Unhelpful, unfriendly and downright rude. There were issues with another team that was staying there but our boys were well behaved s as bd curfewed. She refused to help us. Painted all players and families with the same brush. Won’t stay ever again.

I am not sure but they do have ground level rooms. I have mobility issues and having my room at ground level was helpful for me.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. I am sure if you call them they will answer all your questions and help you in any way they can.
There are more places to choose from in the Pembroke area.
