This is a small mom and pop operation and the rooms are very clean and in good condition. The price is a steal for what you get. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms nicely decorated (modern). We have stayed here three times in a year and wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Owen Sound.

The room was impeccably clean with some nice updates. The staff were welcoming and efficient. They let me check in early with no added fee. TV channels were perfect. Great tub, bed and nice having my car right in front of my room.

Just book it!! Fantastic find! Room are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Was perfect for our one night stay. Parking right at the door. Location was perfect for restaurants and stores.

Very clean and comfortable motel. They have a lovely outdoor bbq area and it is also kept very clean. Friendly owners. Great location to grab food, coffee. Only negative was the price $270/night for a motel seemed extreme, but when there are slim pickings you pay.

We needed a spot for one night over a long weekend and were able to secure a room at the Nights Inn. The room was very clean and pleasant, the beds were comfortable and the service was excellent The owners obviously took care to make it a welcoming place. I would happily stay at this location again.

A renovated no frills motorcourt. Very clean, excellent beds, conveniently located. Excellent family-run business. The owners have good attention to detail. Highly recommended. Book ahead as often full.

Once again, it was a perfect stay! We've stayed here at least 3x and every time is easy. The room had a facelift recently and was super clean. The beds are so comfortable. The shower head has a ton of water pressure. The ac blows very cold. The fridge and freezer and microwave are great to have available. Check in was fast and friendly. I love that you can just back your vehicle up to your door-super convenient. We will continue to book at this hotel wherever we're in Owen Sound!

Nice little motel. Clean and comfortable rooms and the owners have put out BBQ's for customer's use. They even supply the BBQ utensils. Great value for the price. Have spent two weekends here this summer.

Good value. Best feature is the independent heating in room and bathroom compared to combined cool and heat air conditioners in most motels that are very noisy when it cuts in. Walking distance to Tim Hortens and Pizza Hut.

We were just looking for place to call it a night before heading out the next morning to the Bruce Peninsula. Yes, the property was dated but clean, but the bed was not comfortable and the savings weren’t that significant. A place like that, at a minimum, has to deliver a good nights rest. It didn’t. Stay elsewhere.
