I am always a bit worried about a hotel accommodating my dog. The staff were very friendly. Always had treats for my dog and check in staff made sure we were set up on the ground floor making it easy to let the dog out.
I was pleased with the full breakfast which saved us money in not having to go out for breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel and it's friendly staff.

fabulous location with 24hr Timmy's next door and all other stores and amentities very close. Staff were wonderful, free breakfast of bagels, toast, cereal, scrambled eggs, home fries, sausages and make your own WAFFLES!! as well as all beverages free 6-10, and good quantity. Lots of parking, safe area and quiet motel

The first thing we like at this hotel "IT IS A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL" for fur parent like us, We always
take our Fur Babies anywhere we go. The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the town, it's a walking distance to the groceries, restaurant and shopping stores. Hotel staff are friendly and they serve a good breakfast. Complimentary hot drinks all day!!!

Horrible customer service. The staff was rude and disrespectful.( called some of our children stupid)Not one of them had the same story when confronted. We stayed as a group and numerous members had dirty sheets, flys in window wells, hair dryers and showers that didn't heat. They tried closing the pool both days until we requested a refund. We have travel to many, many hotels and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is very poor. Everything about it is cheap. That is fine for a cheap night's stay, but the price is far from cheap in the summer.
The lamps did not work, the fold-out couch was old, crappy, uncomfortable and on top of it, disgusting. The walls are paper thin, so definitely stay there if you'd like to hear who's below/above you or 5 rooms away.
The pool was cold, tiny and 3 ft deep.
This property has potential, if only the right people owned and ran it.

Good location, staff were friendly.
Room was basic but ideal for the dog, found furniture a bit worn and dated. Breakfast was sausage, beans, scrambled eggs. Cereal and waffles, yoghurt and fruit was available.
It was busy when we arrived and had to wait for eggs to be made.
No USBs in room.
Close to Tims and a supermarket etc.
1k walk into beach and town.

Very clean, modern, free breakfast with hot offerings (and a waffle maker), pool is shallow only but there's a nice hot tub. Staff is friendly, welcoming and accomodating. Located close to the waterfront by car. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very good price. Great experience.

Effortless check-in. The room was clean, really lovely, and very comfortable. Even in times of COVID-19, the service was great, there was a nice breakfast on offer despite the need for additional safety measures (bagged breakfast items, individually served coffee and juice). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has wonderful, friendly staff and has everything you need. Right around the hotel are many restaurants and shops to grab the little items one tends to forget when packing. Timmies is nearby for a coffee.

We stayed with a large group (18 rooms), the rooms were dirty, in ours… beds not properly made & mattress covers not fully attached, fridge and microwave with visible food remnants still inside.
If that wasn’t bad enough a few of us found bed bugs in our rooms, I know this is not always the fault of the hotel, but after seeing the mattress cover not even zipped on, it’s obvious the cleaning staff are not doing their proper room inspections at turnover.
Almost worse than that discovery the hotel refused to make the situation right. No room change and No refund or even a discount.
Thoroughly disgusted by this hotel and management staff.

The hotel is approx a 30 minute walk to and from the bus station, however we are about a 5 minute drive by taxi, and the hotel is also on the bus route with a stop just across the street.
