There was a rude hockey league in the hotel and kept us up until 2:30 am. Very rude and the manager doesn’t want to talk about it to me. Why? He’s got his money!!! So I’ve been trying to call him and he’s always busy. Talked to Head office so I’ll have to call them again.

This hotel is very poor. Everything about it is cheap. That is fine for a cheap night's stay, but the price is far from cheap in the summer. The lamps did not work, the fold-out couch was old, crappy, uncomfortable and on top of it, disgusting. The walls are paper thin, so definitely stay there if you'd like to hear who's below/above you or 5 rooms away. The pool was cold, tiny and 3 ft deep. This property has potential, if only the right people owned and ran it.

They allowed a mentally unstable violent man to stay in the hotel in the room next to us while we had to go find another hotel to get away from him because he was threatening us and clearly on something. After the police came and we packed to leave they made sure to tell me that there were no refunds and I had already paid for 3 nights up front in full. We only stayed 1 night. The manager was not there but was given my information and phone number but has still not contacted me about it.

Our group of 20 room recently stayed here while in the area for a hockey tournament. The facility was clean, quiet, and met our expectations. The reservation process was a bit unusual for us as credit card info wasn't taken and a confirmation # was not received. All was in order though when we checked and the staff was helpful leading up to our stay. The hotel is located near the atypical plazas and chain restaurants. Would stay here again.

Hotel exremely tired -- badly needs an update. Room shabby (bed ok) but bathtub stained and plumbing barely functional. Room required a serious vacuum job. One of the chairs in the room had been inexpertly repaired and could have dumped an occupant on the floor at any time. Worst problem was the noise -- paper thin walls and floors offering no protection from a noisy hockey group

We called directly to the hotel a full week beforehand, reserved 2 rooms, and received an email back with our confirmation number. Imagine our surprise when arrived at the hotel at 4:15 pm after driving over 2 hours to get there, with only 45 minutes to get to our event that we were attending, only to be told that they had CANCELED our reservation!! They said our credit card did not go through (though the card was valid, did they type it in wrong??), and that the phone number we had given them didn't work. (When they told us the number they had tried, it was 1 number off, but then they said they had no way of contacting us... why did they not just email us again!!) They had no rooms available for us. We then had to scramble to find another room to stay in.

Worst stay experience ever. No amenities were available until 5am the next day when the light turned on and woke me up. No key card given and management was not helpful in resolving the issue. Management had promised to apply my government discount on my check out since the computer systems were down but upon checkout he changed his mind. I was lied to and not pleased about being heard about my concerns.

A friend was quoted for a certain price over the phone and once she got to the hotel they upped the price $50 more. This was not in their price range and after a 3 hour drive to Midland they were highly disappointed even after asking about the quoted price to be honored. Awful customer service, and terrible communication within the staff. I used to recommend this hotel to people from out of town but after hearing this story I will not be recommending it anymore.

Outside of building and lobby were acceptable. Desk staff was pleasant. Upon entering room the first thing we saw was a filthy, disgusting stained carpet. Floor behind bathroom door was caked in dirt as well. Beds were comfortable.
