My boyfriend and myself stayed there for one night. No heat no hot water. The bathroom was very gross couldn't even shower and the ceiling was coming down the beds smelt and then broke and we canceled the next night and they refused to give us our money back. The bylaw needs to shutdown this dump and both of us are sick now and fully vaccined no less. Going to report this to the Waterloo regional public health department.

Avoid this dive at all cost ! Absolutely terrible! I was put in a room where someone had painted the top of the TV stand and the night stand . I put my keys and other items on the furniture and they got covered in paint as it wasn't dry ! The paint smell was awful! The bed is brutal The whole room is old stale a beat up looking Couldn't close the curtain due to the rod falling off the wall All night long there was people talking outside my room in the parking lot I went out twice through the night to tell them to be quiet There is a mentally challenged woman in the room above me making noise all night ! An absolute horror show ! I'm 72 years old and have stayed in many hotels around the world and this place is the worst I've ever encountered! Stay away !

This Place is crawling with dirty prostitues. Think twice before renting. Prostitues from ( Backpages ) are set up in this hotel. Kitchener Police should really take a close look at this dirt hole. Better yet close this place down.

I know that the price is cheap so I didn't expect too much from it. There was no security to my room! You can open my door through the window that would not lock! We saw 2 rooms of people going in and out by opening their doors through the window. I could not believe it, so I tried it and was in shock!!

We were shown a no smoking room which reeked of smoke. In the second one it was better but there were cigarette burns everywhere. The beds were lumpy, room was not clean, no hot water. It has not been renovated as advertised. The efficiency part such as the fridge smelled foul. the oven wasa filthy. I would not recommend this to s dog. Tehj owners should be ashamed of themselves

Took my family down to enjoy Oktoberfest which was great and ending up having my worst experiences ever at a motel. There are transient people entering the motel all night long to buy drugs. Very dirty and loud motel. It was a very scary and sleepless night. Dont stay here no matter how cheap

We booked here 2 rooms 1 Night for Feb 21st Ok where do I start the only good thing i have to say is we asked for early check-in of 1 pm rooms were ready.... Get in our room 211 did not remove our shoes I had brought slippers (threw them in the garbage when we left) on the wall there was writing one said S*** line other had a phone number for a good time... Hubby and I both slept fully clothed on top of blankets, Furniture falling apart, lamp shades full of stains, couldn't sit in one chair due to stains and hair, also we put comforter on the floor would rather walk on that then the floors ... we went next door to our kids room theirs was a little better but of course we thought that ours was hell... while we were in kids room Chambermaid knocks I answer and she tells me to leave cause check out was 11, I then try to explain to her that we all just checked in as she is yelling at me to leave not sure why this lady has a job in customer relations ( she may clean rooms but she needs to show all customers respect) ok next kids room 212 all night long no sleep because of banging and partying until 6 am when the cops finally busted it up... I had asked for a late check out and management said no problem (due to the fact we had a birthday party down the street at 12;45) 10:20 am Same chambermaid knocks on door and says thru the door 11 am you check out I was very disturbed by this and called down to the owner once I let him have a piece of my mind we packed up and got the hell out of there.... Sat at harveys till it was time for party..... NO MATTER IF ITS JUST 1 NIGHT AND REAL CHEAP ( THERE IS A REASON ITS CHEAP) DON'T STAY HERE
Canada's Best Value Inn is a chain and we have stayed at others this one does not in any way deserve to use a good hotel chain name

My boyfriend and I decided to spend the night away as we were kid free for the first time in awhile. The first room they gave us the tv did not work as well as the door did not lock. We then went to get our money back and they would not give us our money back. They moved us to a different room we then went in and our door key did not work and neither did the tv in that one. The bathtub has burn marks all over it as well as the shower curtain was mouldy. The door froze shut from the inside. The floors are disgusting and made my pants and socks turn black. The people who they let stay here are incredibly loud and uncanny. Terrible experience will never ever come back.

This hotel is not worth the money they charge. The noise from other patrons went on well into the wee hours and then started up again by 7:00am. Not conducive to getting any sleep.
The bah tub was gross, but it didn't really matter since I couldn't shower due to the fact there was absolutely NO hot water. Carpet was stained and dirty and bed very uncomfortable.
Attempts to contact front desk were unsuccessful, I do not think that the phone was working at all.
Would never stay in this location again, seedy and scary place.
No heat when we arrived even though it was a very cool evening and it took at least 45 minutes for the heater to turn on. Some time in night it apparently turned off on its own and it was freezing when we ventured out of bed in the morning.
