It is a dorm, 2 bedrooms, double beds, kitchenette and washroom. Staff was friendly. We just needed a place to lay our heads, this gave us that. Very cost effective. Very plain and dorm like. Not in the best overall condition, but again for the price and the short time spent in the space it was fine. Would be great...

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Your comments and feedback do not go unnoticed. I am glad you found the accommodations valuable. I am delighted to inform you that we have just finished renovating over 100 of our traditional hotel rooms, these new modern rooms do not have the dorm feeling at all! If you're travelling...

The front desk service was good. The rooms are spacious but housekeeping not as good as in the past. Still worth the rate for a decent place to sleep. Would love to see the renovated rooms. Parking is good. Breakfast is fine and close to major highways and amenities.

First and last time using a dorm. The staff seemed uninformed about the facility and could not give basic directions to 401 (which was just around the corner) and did not offer to get the information for us. No information was offered about how to get to our room or where/when breakfast was served. We were just handed the key...

Well it is a bit outdated dormitory but arriving late at night and it was booked almost to capacity they still managed to accomodate us. Two bedrooms, two beds. One Pillow case was dirty on one side but it looked more like a laundry issue rather than a someone used it issue. Breakfast was bagels and cereal and toast, juice...

First, please understand that I rate my travel experiences based on expectations. A 4/5 rating in this case does not mean this is a 4-star hotel that should be compared to the Hiltons and Sheratons of the world. What a 4/5 rating *does* mean is that it met my expectations, expectations that were tempered by other travellers' experiences expressed online....

At first when you walk in, there isn't much. A kitchenette and 3 rooms, 2 bed and a bath. Each bedroom had it's own tv. After staying the weekend there, for what I paid I was extremely happy. Yes, there are lots of kids around, but I rarely ever heard them. The room was comfortable and the staff very friendly...

We always stay here every year. For the cost of the stay, having a wall and separate room for each bed and having the kitchenette. We are happy to stay in such a place. The rooms are clean. There is a TV in each room. Internet is reasonable fast. There is enough parking. If you are looking for extras, like...

We were looking for last minute accommodations in Waterloo and found online options only in the $200-$300 range, so we were very happy to find this budget option when we expanded the search to Kitchener. Travelers from the States will find accommodations throughout Canada to be expensive, but may be unaware that in the summer, many colleges and universities make...

This is the place to be for you who wants to reminisce your time from university. The room(s) was a little dirty and the sound level a little too much. All as it should be in a dormitory. Now this fits all in because this is most of the year a dormitory. Breakfast wasn't that good either.

We've stayed here twice now and will stay here when ever we can. We get a 2 room suite and my teenage son gets his own room. There's a fridge and microwave in the common area and we each get our own room. The beds are comfortable, the hotel quiet and convenient. All we needed was a place to lay...
