After a busy day we decided to stop part way home and explore the Kitchener area. We checked in very late. The front desk staff were very friendly. Room was nice. We had booked the room/breakfast combo and were disappointed to find out that breakfast was only being served until 9 a. m. Breakfast the next morning was nice. There...

Very inviting lobby. They had fresh flowers all around; lots of parking available; great views from the upper floors; lots of restaurants to choose from; very quiet rooms. One suggestion; have to-go cups for coffee.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a high-rise hotel in the city. The hotel's lobby was very inviting. They had fresh flower instead of artificial. One thing they could do better is to have travel cups and coffee to go in the morning. There are visitors that simply do not have the time to stay for breakfast.

We were in town for the CMT music fest 7/8-7/9/16. This hotel was a $20 cab ride or uber from Bingemans. Hotel was clean, room as are a good size and bathrooms have plenty of space. The steak house and martini bar on site are great, I highly recommend the poutine! The only complaint I have is to get rid...

I stayed at this Radisson for two nights in July to attend the CMT Music Fest. I took the VIA Rail from Toronto and it was a short Uber ride to the hotel. When I walked in, the lobby is a good size with some comfy chairs to sit on to wait. The staff at the front desk were friendly...

The hotel itself was clean and tidy, however..... they experienced a power outage and we had to go up and down the stairs with our luggage. Seniors had to hike it up 12 flights of stairs to get their luggage while the staff just watched. People were puking in the stairwell and bent over and there was no staff in...
