Beautiful rooms, amazing and friendly staff! Not a single complaint from us! Would absolutely recommend and hope to be back! Thank you for such an amazing stay and such wonderful accommodations! Thank you again to Ivy for being so helpful!
We stayed here almost 20 years ago, and now returned for a 1 night stay for our 24th wedding anniversary. The rooms are so large and comfortable. The service amazing. The dinner on the patio absolutely wonderful. Such a nice quiet stay. Also love the location....close enough to everything, but in a quiet little town. Highly recommend Inn On the Twenty. It's a special place!
Just got back from a one night stay with my husband. The staff from the concierge, to the restaurant, to the spa were all amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Our dinner at the restaurant was great and the food was delicious. Also enjoyed a nice breakfast in bed. My husband had a massage and I had a pedicure and both were nice and relaxing. We will definitely be back!
I was pleasantly surprised by this beautiful quiet area near vineyards and the country. The inn was beautiful, clean and very quiet. The staff were kind and accommodating at the inn as well as the restaurant across the street and the roses outside my room was a beautiful touch which made feel very welcome. I enjoyed being here just to spend some time alone and recharge. I didn’t use the spa but would definitely in my next visit. Thank you to all the staff who made my stay enjoyable and gave me the space I needed.
I brought my daughter for her sweet 16 birthday. It was the first time the two of us went away on our own. The staff at the Inn ensured our stay was 5+++. Our room was more than we expected and very luxurious. Thank you Inn on the Twenty for making our special mom and daughter few days extra special. We will absolutely be coming back! 👏
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and our room was in the lovely Coopers Cottage. Everything was amazing! We also dined at the Inn on the Twenty restaurant which was so delicious with amazing staff. Every evening we were treated to turndown service. The area is nice and quiet. They also have lovely shops featuring a variety of items.
Room is spacious but tired. It is clean. … but my car got vandalized in the Hotel’s dedicated parking lot. “Keyed” in an area you would think was off the beaten path and low traffic. The hotel says it’s never happened before. I was there for one night. Drove in. Parked. Dined. Slept. Came out to a gouge across the front hood, the driver door and the rear driver side fender. Nice and deep like a screw driver was used. The hotel has no cameras on the lot. No security to be seen. So it’s park and risk. Don’t park a nice car here. What should be safe is not and the hotel really didn’t care about what happened at all. Kind just a shrug and it could be worse. I’m not saying it’s the hotels responsibility but they are clearly sleepy on the “making sure the guest’s stuff is safe” front. Vintage hotels is a victim of its own success.…
We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely room ~spacious with gas fireplace and two sweet period camel back sofas & big soaker tub. The staff were most attentive & welcoming. We dined at The Inn on the Twenty. Gorgeous evening views over the Twenty Valley with a beautifully prepared & presented 3 course meal with the perfect pairing of Niagara wine. A truly memorable relaxing getaway close to the city.
We stayed at the Inn on the Twenty and the room was wonderful. Loved the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. We went for dinner that was part of our Travel Zoo package at the restaurant that was part of the Inn. The service was good but found the dinner just okay. We had the salmon that was bland. Overall we were not impressed. Then after tipping with cash, they also tacked the tip onto our credit card, luckily that was caught. Overall the stay was nice, other than our meh dinner.
We can't say enough about Inn on The Twenty. The rooms were beautiful and large. The service was personal and caring. The food at the restaurant was fabulous! If you're looking for a great hotel getaway that's close to the Niagara bench wineries, this is the place I'd recommend.
