First time to your Hotel. The whole team were outstanding and work together as a team in every way Paul was our Server on all 3 evenings and was very knowledgeable and professional, Stacy made sure we were happy with everything both were charming and accommodating.
We had 3 evening meals and breakfasts the food is exceptional and made to order the menu is varied but not overwhelming.
Fabulous work guys I know you have many staff who have worked at Inn on the Twenty for 10, 20, 30, I am sure your staff are well looked after which reflects on how they look after your guests. I would recommend Inn on the Twenty anytime.

We like the Inn on the Twenty as a nice getaway that's not too far from our home town but there are a few things they could do to make it even better.
The rooms are nice, with really high ceilings, the property is quiet and in a great location right on the main street of Jordan Station. It's close to wineries and hiking. Staff is polite and helpful.
The Inn on the Twenty restaurant is really great, in a beautiful setting, food is delicious (but expensive) and staff are great.I don't usually shop on vacation but if you like that sort of thing, there are a bunch of really cute little boutiques, galleries and wine stores right beside the Inn which I'm sure people really enjoy.
I wish the room had a fridge because besides, the Inn on the Twenty which is expensive, there isn't really anywhere else to eat. There is a cafe next door to the Inn but it's one of those Instagram cafes, has very sporadic hours and doesn't really offer basic food. Seems like all of their offerings are designed for maximum Instagram potential and while we were there I saw a few people taking photographs of their lunch. Would be amazing if there was somewhere within walking distance, you could just get good coffee and bagels or breakfast wraps at a reasonable price.
We ended up going to the Foodland for some snacks for the room but there is no fridge in the room!! so we could only choose things that are non-perishable...on one of our three days we drove to a Starbucks in St. Catherines and had a delicious coffee and breakfast on their patio but we would rather have had great options for walking.

My daughter and son-in-law, and my husband and I stayed overnight at the Inn on the Twenty following a renewal of vows in Niagara Falls. It was a perfect venue to celebrate after our the "I-do-over" of our daughter and son-in-law: beautiful comfortable, spacious rooms, great hospitality - a complimentary bottle of bubbly arrived when the front desk learned why we arrived all dressed up. The Inn could not have been more attentive to our needs - including the availability of the concierge via text throughout our stay and after. ( I managed to leave my scarf behind and texted the concierge after I got home. I got a very quick response - they found it!) And to top it off, a wonderful dinner at their really excellent restaurant. I could not be happier with our experience.

We took advantage of their special offer that includes a three course dinner with your Sunday &/or Monday night stay. The loft room was quite nice, but things like the carpet and bathroom are showing their age. It seemed like a bit of an oversight not to have a tv in the lower sitting area (just one in the upper bedroom). Found it strange that at a time when pandemic restrictions have been lifted, they were not servicing the room daily (siting safety/“duty of care” reasons) yet they offered turndown service. (?) The $40 per night resort fee is a bit exorbitant on top of the not inexpensive room fee. We overall enjoyed our stay (the restaurant experience made it very worthwhile) but preferred our subsequent stay at Riberbend in Niagara on the Lake. Would return again on a Sunday/Monday with the package deal but otherwise would seek out better value. Highly recommend this area for wine tasting, our favourites: Kacaba, Kew, Malvoire, Megalomaniac.

Welcomed with lemonade and cookies. Chocolate in our room for our anniversary. Lovely room with traditional decor (not our style but still very nice) and incredible service when we asked for kettle/tea in the room, extra pillows and extra bath salts and extra cream. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable (other than the too soft pillows). Sofa was soft and uncomfortable.
Only coffee served in the room although Keurig tea (if you like the taste of tea with a coffee flavor) in the hall. No milk or cream at the hallway Keurig station when we were there but we requested extra cream which showed up at our room promptly.

This is the second year in a row my wife and I have stayed at the Inn for our anniversary and couldn't be more happy with our experience. We stayed in the loft suite both times which had such amazing character, beautiful high vaulted ceilings and a very spacious and cozy feel. We purchased the package with dinner and breakfast at the restaurant which had amazing food and was the perfect complement to our stay. The little touches of a hand written card, treats and a rose for our anniversary, show extra attention to detail that made the experience feel special and why we will continue to come back!

My husband and I came for the summer couples package and spa treatments. We had an incredible time. The Rttenridge suite was exceptional and the digital concierge service was incredibly fast and helpful. I asked for extra amenities and has them come to my door within 3 minutes! The shower was amazing and the extra care in the room like bottle of wine, luxe robes and towels and comfy bed/linens made us feel pampered. Dinner and breakfast were excellent quality and selection. What a great deal. We also got massages and facials at the spa which was very nice. A beautiful village and a great escape. Will be coming back for sure.

We took advantage of a great rate with the June 2020 Retreat to Jordan Valley package, which included dinner and breakfast each day. Our room (the Vinter's Loft Suite) was amazing, with a powder room, super roomy and comfy living area (with fireplace) and kitchenette (with Nespresso machine and mini-fridge) on the main floor. The loft features a king bed, and full bath with Jacuzzi and shower. The room was spotlessly clean, and we were able to text any additional requests to the front desk after we checked in (requests which were promptly addressed). Dinner on the patio was a delight, featuring Cave Springs wines (try the Rose!) and a varied menu. All items were beautifully presented and the service was attentive and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place to get away from it all, book a room at Inn on the Twenty. You will not be disappointed!!

My partner and I stayed for two nights with the Retreat to Jordan Valley package - breakfast and dinner was included. The check in and check out process was easy and flawless, with our concierge, Ivy, being available for any questions or concerns. The room was clean and always stocked with fresh, clean towels. The restaurant offered various choices from the menu, with portion sizes being generous. Food was delicious!! A nice spot to visit for a couple, with plenty of local things to see and do. And the Spa was a hit - attentive and prompt service . Definitely would return for another stay

Beautiful inn. Lovely lobby with stairs up to our room. Opening into our room we were met with very high ceilings , fireplace, large tall windows looking onto a courtyard and a large bathroom . There are two Alcove Suites that exit onto our public garden (Farrell and Honsberger). There are also two suites with separate gardens that connect with a gate (Winemakers and Coopers). For fully private gardens, book Rittenhouse, Merritt or Moyer. Hope this helps but please call for further clarification of your purposes in asking and any other clarification we can provide!
