This is exactly as advertised. A comfortable clean hotel offering a good value price. This hotel is perfect as a location to use as a base for touring the wineries and restaurants of the area. Nothing fancy and ideal if you don’t plan to spend much time on the property other than to shower, rest and sleep. Easy parking. Only negative is you have to check in at the Inn on the Twenty which is about half a kilometre down Main Street. Not a big deal, just to make aware. A couple of bakeries and restaurants in the immediate area with a convenience store and gas station across the street.

We've stayed at all the Vintage hotels in NOTL many times over the past 30+ years, most often the Pillar and Post. This was a little closer to home and the area was super nice and quiet, with easy access to places like Ball's Falls and Port Dalhousie. Nice area to drive around farm lands. The room was so-so--not as nice as P&P's room by any means and a little darker. However, it was priced better than the other properties and we felt like it could be trusted due to being with Vintage.

You check in at the Inn on the Twenty [same owner], barely a two minute drive away. A little map of the area was provided. There is parking along several sides of the JH. Rooms are on two floors. Room 201 had two sitting areas, one at the door and the other near the sleeping area. A dedicated mat for winter boots was insightful. The coffee machine was very easy to use. The bathroom had quality Woodbury & Co toiletries. Had a combined shower/bathtub. Bathrobes, a safe and ironing gear were in a closet. Liked the faux Napoleon fireplace. I never have a good sleep with a duvet but did enjoy the firm mattress. There was an ice machine on the first floor. A few shortcomings like a scratched dresser and a scraggly towel but all in all a good choice in the heart of Jordan and wine country.

Two of us stayed here for one night recently and we really enjoyed our stay. The inn is quaint and very clean. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the restaurant was very good.
The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker with pods, bottled water and ice was available on the main floor.
The tavern next door had great pub fare; unfortunately they did not serve breakfast.

Unfortunately I can’t rate this hotel very highly as my room was very, very old and not really welcoming in my personal opinion. I stayed for 2 nights and would not come back. I would recommend to renovate and exchange some of the old appliances, bathroom fixtures as well as the carpet. I hope the management takes action at some point, as the location and the sister hotel in the same street are very nice.

We just spent a night at the Jordan House and everything was perfect from the check-in to the check-out. Our room was large and located on the first floor, very convenient if you have mobility issues. It was drizzling at the dinner hour so we able to order off the menu at the Jordan tavern and it was delivered to our room, talk about service. A member of the staff recommended a vineyard and it was excellent, we ended up buying two cases!!

We stayed at the Jordan House for a wedding. Our check in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable. There was even a hand written card welcoming us when we got into our room. Our concierge Ivy checked in with us during our stay to ensure we had all we needed. We requested additional coffee items and they were delivered extremely quick to our room! Overall had a great stay.

My only recommendation is to spend your money elsewhere. How this hotel is part of the Vintage Hotels is beyond me: for $200 a night, you're better off finding a local B & B. Aside from the cleanliness of the room, this hotel is basic at best: one functioning light in the entire room. No room service. Have a problem? Don't bother calling guest services as none of their services apply to Jordan House. So disappointing.

We stayed in Jordan House which is off sight of the main Vintage Hotel. It was a simple but very clean and comfortable accommodation. It appears the area is newly built to attract tourism with a block of lovely shops, cafe and restaurants. Several wineries are a short drive away. The area is quiet and tranquil with a couple sitting garden to sit and enjoy a tea or coffee. The room was perfect for a one night stay with comfortable pillows, crisp white linens and a well stocked bathroom. We enjoyed dinner at the Jordan House Tavern, which has live music on weekends.Overall a great stay!

We bought a Travel Zoo voucher and decided on the spur of the moment to use it.
The service from beginning to end was flawless, the room was clean and large.
The only strange thing was that there was no drawers to put our clothing in.
If you want to use them, there are robes, the beds are comfortabe.
Please note that your credit card is pre-charged $150, even though you have already paid for the room, if you use Travel Zoo voucher.
External views are not the best as you face a parking lot.
