We loved our room, it was comfortable and clean. The location was great, close to many great wineries. The only complaint we had was that there was a big bag of garbage laying in the hallway near our room, it was there when we checked in, and it was still there in the morning, other than that everything was perfect.

Nice hotel with good pub style restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff had left us with 2 roses for our upcoming anniversary. This is a great place to stay to see the shops and wineries in the area. Will definitely stay here again, hopefully when the Jordan street construction is completed. Only complaint was the very noisy hall? air conditioning unit.

We stayed in Jordan House which is off sight of the main Vintage Hotel. It was a simple but very clean and comfortable accommodation. It appears the area is newly built to attract tourism with a block of lovely shops, cafe and restaurants. Several wineries are a short drive away. The area is quiet and tranquil with a couple sitting garden to sit and enjoy a tea or coffee. The room was perfect for a one night stay with comfortable pillows, crisp white linens and a well stocked bathroom. We enjoyed dinner at the Jordan House Tavern, which has live music on weekends.Overall a great stay!

Great location, super clean room, stocked with everything you need. Very quiet location with a ton to do in every direction. Would certainly return for our next visit to wine region. Would recommend this hotel.

Our room, 207, was a bit dark and stark but very quiet even though there were roadworks outside. The noisiest thing was to air-con unit that seemed to have multiple auto speeds!! All the staff were very attentive even though any face to face was 400m away at the sister hotel. The tavern next door was very handy for food and drink though they were not open for breakfast.

After hiking the Bruce Trail, from Queenston to the outskirts of St Catharines, camping outside in minus Celsius weather, and then hiking a total of 55 km’s, I arrived at the Jordan House Tavern & Lodge. The restaurant staff were excellent, they called over to the Lodging side of the business and referred me to them. The front desk staff were great, I had some hot apple cider and some cookies, and then headed to my room at the Tavern Location (Jordan House). My room is excellent. The bed is comfy. This would be a great location for a romantic getaway. I will be hitting the trail tomorrow, but will definitely come back here for a peaceful getaway. Great experience!

We come to Jordan quite often. Love it . The best bed I have ever slept in. The food at the inn was good Great hiking trails god restaurants nearby. Be sure to visit "The Watering Can " garden centre in nearby Beamsville.

Dusty room, no wifi working and maintenance issues! Don't get the 'better' room with separate sitting area. There is a dusty daybed at the entry near the bathroom looking at the wall! The electric fireplace was a joke, and didn't work. Heating blew warm air. Toilet tissue holder was broken on the floor? There were two robes and one set of slippers? Dirty carpet, moldy tub. For the price of admission go somewhere else.

Small room with queen bed. Shower was good but towels threadbare. Clean but nothing close. Keurig Coffee machine was gross and wouldn’t even think of making a cup of coffee. Just check in at Inn on the Twenty. Ate at Jordon Tavern and service was good with food descent.

Two of us stayed here for one night recently and we really enjoyed our stay. The inn is quaint and very clean. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the restaurant was very good. The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker with pods, bottled water and ice was available on the main floor. The tavern next door had great pub fare; unfortunately they did not serve breakfast.
