Stayed here for three nights, enjoying the surroundings of Muskoka. The location, the price and the hotel amenities are an amazing value The rooms are very spacious and include a kitchen area complete with full-size fridge and even a dishwasher. We took advantage of the new Napoleon barbeques by grilling up a steak one night. There is an outdoor gas fire pit with Muskoka chairs, which we enjoyed at night. Special acknowledgement go to Mark and Tanya who went beyond the call of duty to help make our stay amazing. We will be back next summer.

We recently stayed here for a quick overnight trip as a family and we will definitely return. This is a new hotel and it is spotless, clean, modern and well kept. The staff were all so lovely and pleasant. We did not have time to take advantage of the pool but it looked lovely and has really great hours of operation. The room itself was spacious and modern, the washroom was spa like and had plenty of towels and everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable! The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel, the bedding felt so luxurious, there were plenty of lights and outlets. The temperature was perfect and the hotel was quiet, we had such a restful sleep. The value was also right on par in terms of pricing and experience. The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest but had the basics and the staff member tending to this area was so lovely. The location is so convenient located close to the highway with plenty of shops and near by food options. The parking lot was bright, well maintained with plenty of ample parking. We highly recommend this hotel.

What we loved about this place was the price. Compared to many other hotels in the area, this one was reasonably priced. Maybe it's because it is new. The Rooms are very spacious with full fridge, microwave, dishwasher and utensils and dishware. Like a mini apartment. Washroom is big and beautiful. Breakfast is ok and the standard. Exercise room is well equipped. 5 minute drive to downtown. We will definitely return.

I stayed a week in this hotel, and I was impressed! The price for what I received was exceptional in this day and age. The room was very well set up, with 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, plus a kitchen. Three of us stayed in the room with no crowding. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large, with an excellent shower and lots of clean towels. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was extremely helpful, right from the housekeepers to the front desk and the people working at breakfast. The breakfast was lovely for a hotel breakfast: the usual suspects as well as all the accoutrements to make a bacon and egger sandwich. On top of this the staff kept everything hot and filled, including bringing fresh coffee and they were there to help. If something ran out they were right there. The weekend breakfast was even better. The lobby where we ate was also set up nicely. It was perfect for breakfast, and it also worked well when our family wanted to have a coffee and visit. When I phoned the front desk to request something, they brought it up almost immediately. The only less than perfect part of this hotel was the little approach road that was filled with potholes (which are probably due to construction of another hotel right next door). This was very minor and we just had to drive slow. All in all this is the best experience I have had staying in a hotel in a long time.

Relatively new hotel. Great stay. Fantastic clean large rooms. Fully equipped in room kitchenette (fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glassware, dishwasher, Nespresso, etc.). Great buffet breakfast. Pool, gym, office Center, fire table and bbq out front. This place has it all.

New hotel opened a few months ago, so everything is new! Well organized, good sized rooms, big fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker etc. good wifi and tv. Lots of friendly staff , good breakfast with real plates and cutlery! A very good place to stay at present price point.

Loved our stay!!! So much that I actually don't want to share this hotel with anyone! Check in was wonderful. Our desk clerk was friendly and helpful detailing everything in the hotel. We had 2 rooms that were adjoining for our 2 families. They were modern, spotless and in excellent condition. The kids used the pool, towels supplied in the pool area. Beds were comfortable and plenty of kitchen supplies. Large assortment of breakfast food! Will definitely be coming back.

This was a really great budget friendly hotel! We were so happy as the free breakfast had something for everyone. Even waffles! We chose the cheapest room with kiddos and I tell ya it was the nicest budget place I have stayed in. Full sized fridge/freezer and microwave. Dishwasher and also full size sink. It was clean and had black out blinds. Kiddos slept on a pullout sofa which fit two teens. Staff was great! Kiddos loved the pool and amenities.
