Absolutely incredible suite, equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay including an in room washer and dryer. It was quiet, very clean. Comfortable bed. Quick check in, nice atmosphere from the time you arrive. Spa, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, marina, onsite restaurant. There is absolutely no smoking and for anyone who does like a good cigar or cigarette after dinner, you'll need to take a walk in the parking lot.

Bed Bug Alert! Encountered during my wife and our stay at the resort. Management refused to acknowledge accountability despite photos and capturing of bed bug - which did bite me I would discover later on my shoulder and showed the house keeping manager the next day. Also took a video of the bug moving on the sofa bed. I would not recommend staying at this resort. Management said they would respond to our complaint and never did follow up with any way to compensate for the loss of sleep that night and horrible experience - suggesting compensating the room was enough! Buyer beware! Don't stay at this resort - clearly they have a problem they do not wish to acknowledge. They said they had pest control in and there were no other bugs - and would forward the report - didn't do this either. They also hung up 3 times when I asked to leave a message, when I asked who I was speaking with, the person said 'Benjamin Franklin' and hung up. I called back to speak with Benjamin of course - who didn't exists and they hung up. Someone on reception thought this was funny - this is the type of service you can expect.

Booked for a couples weekend with $45 in resort credits. Booked a massage to use dollars, nope it's only $10. $10 for spa, $10 for restaurant and $25 when you sign out 😵 Seriously deceptive. In fact they forgot to give us coupon when we signed out so we went back. Coupon had expiry date of Dec 15th, 2023 'Don't worry, it never expires'? We couldn't even give it to someone else. Sign in is 4pm, they wouldn't let my hubby into room at 4pm when I was in a massage. Front Desk staff smirked when we were asking questions about the coupons. $200 security deposit on top of room rate. It will take up to 5 days for that to be reversed. Asked for Manager to call and she was even worse with attitude. Hubby was calm and she showed attitude very quickly and had no intentiin to help with solutions. They must deal with this all the time! Stop the fake deal then. Room dirty, didn't have soap, shower curtain broken, makeup mirror installed upside down yup. Maintenance had to come twice. Public hottub was scary with floaties even in the dark. Ice all around hottub. Pool was so dark and dirty, couldn't go in it. Bright lights all night, microwave, alarm in room We are campers and climbers, it has to be bad for us to not want to try everything. Wish you more success than us. Hard NO, will never go back. Feel bad for timeshare owners, quite the bad experience.

This resort is a wonderful place to be. Our time was so relaxing and peaceful and just what we needed for a nice fall vacation. We have a timeshare at the resort and spent our week in a beautiful one bedroom condo with complete full kitchen to make things a little more like a home away from home. The restaurant on site is amazing though so there was no need to cook every day or for every meal. Our view overlooked the courtyard and marina, which afforded us some beautiful sunsets against the pretty fall coloured leaves on the trees. Any minor issues that came up for us, were immediately addressed by their fantastic front desk and housekeeping staff. They were more than accommodating and very polite and professional. I was truly impressed. I enjoyed my walks along the picturesque trails that are beside the resort and my husband and I enjoyed participating in the stretch classes on site or exercising in the gym. We especially appreciated being able to relax our muscles after our workout in the hot tub and pool facilities, while meeting and engaging other folks visiting the resort. It's the kind of place that is good for families, couples, or for those traveling solo. Something for everyone. We look forward to our next vacation at the Living Water Resort & Spa and would recommend this resort as a must go to place for happy vacationing.

Spent 6 nights here recently. While the room was comfortable and well stocked with dishes/pots & pans and the appliances were ultra modern, the floors were showing wear, as were some of the carpeting in the hallways. The front desk staff let us down when on the first day there were requested extra towels when we were leaving at 9 a.m. and when we returned at 4 p.m. the towels hadn't been provided. Whether this was a front desk issue or a housekeeping issue, not sure. Once we related the issue to the RCI VIP desk, the towels were delivered within half an hour. We made use of the exercise room however it seems like this room is not inspected on a daily basis. There were 4 treadmills and only two or three worked at any given time, there were three cycling machines but only one is connected to an outlet. There were 4 elliptical machines; didn't use these so can't comment on them. There is no space in this room for any kind of floor or stretching exercises. They have a singing bowls medication session on Sunday evenings which was pretty cool. There were fitness classes on Monday and Wednesday mornings and yoga on Tuesday mornings. These were a great addition to the exercise room. The pool which has a large slide, was very, very busy during the weekend and almost not used during the week. There is both an indoor and outdoor hot tub. They have a spa on sight but didn't use it as their prices are very outrageous. We also didn't use the on site dining room as again, found their prices very high. They have a rooftop patio which is huge and gives you a 360 degree view of the area - some great sunrise and sunset views. They have an outdoor firepit, small play ground, BBQ area and a marina. We didn't make use of any these given the weather and our activities. A few things we found a little annoying - one the door to the balcony has a large glass panel and there is no window covering on it. If anyone is sleeping on the pull out sofa there is nothing to keep the morning light out; two - there is no ceiling light in the bedroom and only has the bedside lights which you may have to get to in the dark; three - there is only one towel rack in the bathroom - definitely need more (yes they have a washer and dryer in the suite but why waste electricity when hanging the towels over a bar will have them dry for the next use); four - and this was extremely annoying - the toilet seat did not fit the toilet and it was not secured properly causing you to slip and slide and partially sit on the porcelain - very uncomfortable. We eventually put the sink plug under the seat to keep it from moving around. Simple solution would be to get a toilet seat that is made to fit the model of toilet and have it installed securely. This is a good location close to some restaurants that you can walk to them, and you can actually walk to the downtown area if you enjoy long walks. All in all it was a good trip but there are some issue which should be addressed and updated.

Aimee provided us with the worst check in experience that we have ever encountered. My husband and I travel extensively and often request an early check in depending on our expected arrival time. After a 3 hour drive we arrived at Living Water Resort at 1:30 pm and were told that not only was our room not a water view (as was described on the booking website) but a parking lot view and that since normal check in time was 4:00 pm we would have to wait until then to get into our room. I explained that we had booked a 3:00 tee off and she said she would message housekeeping while we were welcome to wait in the lobby. At 2:45 I was very fortunate to speak to someone at the golf course and explain my predicament and they did not charge us for the missed game. I did not see anyone else try to check in during the time we were waiting for our room to become available. I don’t understand why housekeeping would not prioritize a room for a customer who had already arrived and was waiting for a room. After waiting almost 2 hours for a room to be cleaned I asked to speak to the hotel manager and was told by Aimee that the manager was not available. I went outside to call about cancelling our hotel reservation as we were exhausted by this time and just wanted to go home. Suddenly, the other clerk, Nikki, came outside and told us she could now check us in, which she did quickly and efficiently. On our last day we called to reserve a time to swim in the pool and Aimee told us the first time slot was full. We arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled time slot and the pool was empty and pool deck dry, which would indicate that there were no prior bathers before us. Clearly this person does not enjoy her job, or enjoys making guest’s vacations miserable instead of happy.

This place needs a good refresh. Everything is worn out and needs replaced. It’s actually quite gross. They just keep adding new sections and completely neglect the older ones. We have stayed in the new section in the past which is definitely nicer but the furniture is cheap and the couch is rock hard, not comfortable at all, it’s like sitting on a park bench.

We had a great stay at this hotel with all the beauty surrounding us! The suite was breathtaking spacious for all 5 of us was jus perfect! And the view was amazing. The front desk was a hit and missed! Friday staff seems better informed than weekend staff! The staff on weekend seemed clueless to any questions we were asking about for pool schedules and other things….Customer service needs improvement Also one thing that I wasn’t happy with that Check in was at 4 then check out should be 12 noon not 11. My Duvet cover was inbetween 2 sheets and not in a cover case it was very uncomfortable to sleep with every thing tucked in so tight
