We went there for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful overlooking the lake, nicely furnished. The service and food in the restaurant excellent. Also the location, not far from Bracebridge. The only negative was the beach, very muddy.. Other then that an excellent stay.

This is a luxurious resort style spot right on the lake in Muskoka. It has a lot of great things going for it besides the view; close to town, easy to access, pool or beach swimming, onsite spa, restaurant, and of course the views are incredible. It is expensive and is not a typical hotel so it does not feature...

We were looking for quiet relaxing get away & that is exactly what we found. Remembering that this is a resort & not a hotel ..fresh towels & bed making service only daily. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Resort is clean & inviting. Enjoyable from deck chairs on Lake to campfire evenings. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Touchstone last weekend for 1 night. I thought the price of the room was a bit much for such a small room. The bed was very comfortable, but the view out of our room looked over the roof and into the parking lot. The bathroom was tiny. However the pool was lovely and the hot tub was quite...

As a follow up to the review I posted on May 8. I contacted the hotel and explained what happened. They got back to me and said it was their error. The check in staff and booking staff should have explained that this was not a full service hotel. (Cleaning not included). We should also have been offered a package...

We loved the view from our room and loved the screened in porch. Lunch at the main restaurant was delicious. The beach is excellent and you will get a chair or lounge chair and umbrella. The pool is quiet and warm. There is also a hor tub.

We booked in April and went to visit prior to our arrival. It looked Unfortunatelly had to cancel due to bad weather forecast. The resort manager was very understanding and a pleasure to deal with. Hope to finally make it and enjoy the accommodations in person.
