This is perfect venue for snowmobilers, right on Top D Trail, in Bracebridge town with gas and restaurants at walking distance, and a huge parking for trailers. Clean rooms and bathrooms, King bed, and breakfast included. Warm and friendly reception... I recommend

Does the basics. The room was not very well sound proofed, you could clearly hear people walking around and going to the loo in the room above, so take earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The room was large and spacious with a huge king size bed and the usual amenities. The breakfast is very basic but has a couple of hot options. Check in and out was quick and easy and plenty of parking available. It's a basic hotel so fine for a night if passing through.

Well…checking in was a disaster. Was told shortage of staff causing delays. Probably waited an hour. Originally assigned to first floor but ended up on second floor. No elevators. Only one person at front desk. The room appeared okay. Quite large with a nice shower. TV worked fine. Only fridge, coffee maker in room. Not the most appealing place to stay but not the worst. Needs an overhaul with serious renovations and a good cleaning. Location is good. Quite pricey for what you get.

I was on a Lawn bowling tournament in Bracebridge. Check in at Sleep Inn at 4 PM. There were 4 people ahead of us . The front desk was great and we were served in 10 minute .The room are very comfortable and the price are reasonable. A lot of restaurant in the area walking distance. I will go back at Sleep Inn again when I go to another tournament in Bracebridge. The price is right.

We always stay with the “Choice Hotels” family, but I don’t know where to start with this one. I couldn’t believe how “below standards” this room was compared to all other stays. The carpeted floors felt sticky, thought maybe it was the humidity so I turned on the AC. That didn’t help since the AC was barely working. So we all wore sockS Or sandals throughout the whole night. The floors in the bathroom was sticky, which was pointed out by my child. (Kids don’t usually notice these things). The shower door didn’t close properly so the water got all over the bathroom floor whenever anyone took a shower. The shower head didn’t really work so you had a stream of water dripping straight down and a “half circle” of water spraying at you. Adjusting the shower head didn’t work. Everytime I would try to adjust the shower head, my fingers would feel sticky. Not sure what that was. We had 1/4 of toilet paper left from the previous guests, on the holder which I found kind of gross especially during these Covid times. The TV, we had one channel, one, CNN. We tried everything and still no channels. The next day, we had no channels. We didn’t bother asking for another room because we were all just tired and wanted to just have a quiet night.

The positive, the Wifi was fast

Thinking about it a day later, I am still disappointed. I would never stay here again. The 2 kids aged 10 and 14 were happy we were only there for 1 night.

We were not expecting much due to the price considering the area, however it was still below expectations. The newer pictures are a bit deceiving. Our room it looked like they attempted to renovate it but were not complete yet. There were outlet plate covers missing. There was no clock in the room. The phone was placed very oddly with wires hanging. There was a hole in the ceiling of the shower with toilet paper or kleenex stuffed in the hole. The sliding barn door for the bathroom had no handle on the inside making it difficult to open from the inside - literally had to use the hook screwed into the door to open it. The room had vinyl floors which although seem more sanitary to hotel carpet, they were not clean with debris that stuck to feet and socks. The floors were also cold and slippers would've been nice.

The lady checking us in was very nice and provided a lot of information about the area and best places to check out for restaurants which was appreciated!

There were 2 people ahead of us at check-In but it was over 45 minutes before we were able to get to the desk. There was only one attendant and the people ahead of us had a lost reservation. Annoying but fine…. It happens. Then, our room key doesn’t work, we get replacements and those don’t work either. It’s now been over an hour and we still aren’t in our room…. The one front desk attendant is the ONLY person working and came up to let us in with a key…. But this meant delaying other peoples checkin so she could come upstairs with us.

We finally get in and the tv does not work or turn on…. The list goes on. All small things but the build up of items is really frustrating. The hotel looks completely dishelved, and dirty (the rooms however were clean enough though… the one and only saving grace.

I should add the girl at the desk was very pleasant but clearly overwhelmed. These issues are not her fault but she’s been left alone to handle them. I saw other people heading back to the desk with tv remotes and keys… so I imagine we aren’t the only people having trouble.

Anyways, we’ve previously stayed at the Quality Inn on ecclestone and will return there next time. We won’t come back here. Comparable price but absolutely not a comparable experience.

For $202+ a night i was paying, not worth the price.

The whole room carpet was sticky, the shower door was broken, air condirion was fixed at certain degree - HOT, no micowave, TV has only 1 channel, no breakfast. .............. This motel is a rundown piece of property.

Several years ago, this motel was top, but too bad!

One thing, the front desk clerk was very friendly - high five for that.

Very nice stay, the staff were very nice and offered suggestions on places to eat and attractions. The Sleep Inn was close to the main hwy and central to downtown. The rooms were clean and the place was quiet.

Bottle cap in bed sheets therefore bed was not changed.
Tv didn't work. Toilet ran all night. General manager unresponsive.
Many other places to stay that provide better service.
Staff tried find a TV remote that worked but none did.
Supposed to be non smoking but everyone goes to side door to smoke and then when people opening and closing door it slams shut and then smoke fills hallway.
Very uncomfortable. We got anything but a good nights sleep at this Sleep Inn.
Stay away from this one.
