Had dinner at PK Lodge last night as part of the What's cooking Bracebridge, Although the food and service were amazing, I was shocked to see that the venue was trying to gouge their customers by charging $27.00 for 2 small glasses of Lindemans Pinot Grigio (a $20.00 bottle of wine). Prices were later reduced to $16.00 for the same... More

A quaint family friendly resort located only a few hundred yards from the open water of Lake Muskoka in a tranquil setting on the elbow of The Cut leading to the Muskoka River. Each accommodation, from single rooms to multiple bedroom family units, is its own building. Combine that with great food, quiet surroundings, deer wading across to the island,... More

The property was lovely indeed. I'm certain it would be a great place to book in for the weekend, but, the dining room food and service did leave much to be desired. The room is cold, cavernous and not warm and inviting. We were seated beside the fireplace and although it was a warm evening, sitting by the fire(turn it... More

My girlfriends and I had dinner here twice last summer, we had a great meal and a fantastic experience. Last month we returned, because, quite frankly the view and ambiance is spectacular. The food was out of this world!!! The best yet!! We had heard they had a new chef and while the former chef was great, even came and... More

Its unfortunate that when we went the past chef was no longer there and the new chef had not arrived. Its unfortunate that the kitchen was not trained to cook, taste or present meals as you would expect of high-end establishment. The menu was not pub-crub, but I have seen and tasted better. When a restaurant of this caliber has... More

Booked the Miller house at the Patterson-Kaye resort for a family cottage weekend. There were 13 of us (including two little kids) and the Miller house perfectly suited our needs. There was enough space for everyone and with 2.5 washrooms we never had any issues with all of them being occupied at the same time. The miller house was clean... More

My family and I just spent four days, July 8-12th, at Patterson-Kaye Lodge , where we had one of the best vacations of our life. I'm a native Canadian, who has lived with my family in Southern California for 20 years. The Ocean is magnificent, but the experience of holidaying in the beautiful, serene, scenic region of Lake Muskoka is... More

Had a fantastic stay at Patterson-Kaye Resort. The staff were all so friendly and the food was out of this world. The dinner menu had so much to choose from and if you like to eat early the 'early bird' specials were a great value! Perfect spot for couples or families as there is a lot to do. The swimming...
