Our first experience was a little negative as we got stuck in the mud but the owners soon came to our rescue and towed us out. They then ferried us between the ranch and our cabin whenever we needed. The cabin was comfortable , warm and well equipped. We opted to have breakfast delivered to our cabin which arrived in a wooden box full of fresh tasty delicacies.
We found all the staff to be helpful and always willing to help out.
This place is definitely worth a visit but our caution would be don’t drive up to the cabins unless you have four wheel drive when the road is muddy

As a "hotel" it may have only 2.5 stars, but that is only because friendly service and calm relaxing atmosphere is not rated.
There porch have own grill if you feel like making BBQ and a beautiful view.

The cabins are a good blend of old and new style and have everything you need.
In the cosy town down the road there is a excellent small brewery well worth a visit and a number of good hiking trails around it.

We stayed at the Willow Ranch for 3 days and absolutely liked it. The ranch has 4 rooms in a brand new cabin, which are very nice and furnished in a modern style. Fully equipped kitchen, barbecue grill in front of every room and a separate fire pitch for each room. Owner family is very hearty and let us feel like a part of their own family.
Ranch has 28 horses and different horse riding activities are offered, from short pony rides up to 5 hours trail rides.
Place is very quiet, but not far off Valemount village with restaurants and supermarket.
Highly recommended !

Good day, not a good experience in conversation was looking for work so gave then some info. then they denied my daughter to work with there programs for no reason after they said they would. They supposedly help kids and that's what this was over.

Had such a good time here! The cabin was cosy and comfortable. First night there was a ranch night which was good fun! We went horse riding twice on super nice horses (my horse Bailey 😉 was great). Overall the cabin was lovely, staff were great and so were the horses!

Me and my family had a great time with the horses and the guides of the willow ranch.
The horses were very friendly and easy to handle even for beginners.
Thank you very much to the willow ranch Team!

We had one night at the Willow ranch on our way from Jasper to Vancouver and it was just fantastic.
Given limited availability in Jasper I booked the Willow ranch as an alternative for our last night in the Rockies following a visit to Mount Robson. We absolutely loved the new bungalows. Everything was clean, looked so lovely and we had everything available for a great homemade dinner. Our girls did a pony ride in the evening and a family ride in the morning. They simply loved it! I wish we had come here earlier and made this our base for the two days we had in Jasper!!

We stayed at Willow Ranch in the Winter cabin, for a week. Easily could have stayed longer. The cabin is filled with everything you would need and it is extremely comfortable. (Best sleeps!) Waking up every morning to the breathtaking surroundings and relaxing after a day of riding, hiking, or exploring, on the front porch - taking in the views, exceeded our expectations. The location and cabin made our holiday home feel like our home, immediately. Then, we have the Willow Ranch Family! Teun, Nicolette, Lissy, Stan, Zeus! and everybody involved in the fabulous operation they have- hats off to each and every one of you! It is more than obvious the care, love and compassion they have for everybody and every animal around. They all made us feel so welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our Ranch night and all of it's goodies and fire!
The cabins have fire pits and we were fortunate enough to enjoy a couple of fires and the nights could not have been better for them. Star filled and one evening we were spoiled with a phenomenal show put on by Northern Lights.
We also went out on a couple of rides on Bailey and Rain. Stan was outstanding as a guide and he made us feel beyond comfortable which allowed us to not only have fun but take in the magical surroundings!

Willow Ranch - and everyone, thank you. The experience you gave us will stay a lifetime in our memories and hearts!

My wife and I did not stay at the cabins, but simply organized a trail ride for 1.5 hours.

The horses are well looked-after, and the young guide -Swiss - was as friendly as the Dutch owners. The terrain around the ranch is beautiful and in late August still warm.
The owners are clearly animal lovers with cats and dogs (all friendly) about the ranch.

"Zeus" was a large and friendly compaion on our ride. We were put with a friendly couple from New York., so a small group of 4 riders. I would highly recommend this ranch for trail rides.

We stayed in one of the new cabins halfway up the hill: everything you need is there, nicely decorated, quiet, great view, and very nice (Dutch) people as owners.
Great place if you need a place to stay over going from Jasper to the West or the other way around (late review, but actual stay was in August 2016)!
