My family and I were on our way back from BC to Alberta and decided to book a room at the alpine. That was the worst decision of our lives. The Inn was practically empty when we got there and paid for our room so we were confused as to why our room was one of the back corner rooms... More

This classic motel has everything we needed to enjoy our Jasper adventures at a fraction of the price of hotels in Jasper. From a great king size bed, nice shower, big flat screen tv to the indoor pool, Jacuzzi and cedar sauna we rested well after each day of hiking and sight-seeing around the Jasper area. We enjoyed the pub/... More

This motel not hotel needs to clean and renovate. It is not very quiet with tours and the floors creak. Make sure to stay on second floor. Valemount is becoming the overflow for bus tours from Jasper.

Right on the main street of Valemount so easy to find. Beds were comfortable, it was clean and quiet even though it's right off the highway, hot tub, sauna, close to restaurants BUT don't even attempt the pool - nasty!

As far as the accommodation itself, I can't give it a very good rating. The rooms are in need of upgrades and the motel overall is quite noisy. The only reason I gave a 3 rating is the price. We needed a room with 3 queen beds and their price was quite reasonable. Looked at the pool and hot tub... More

Booked here on a trip for the night because it had a pool for the kids..... Freezing cold, dirty, the hot tub smelled terrible! Rooms are passable barely. There are 6 channels and sketchy at that. Wifi seemed of though. Overall a terrible option for a family!

I work for Interior Health BC, as a cleaner. I have High standards, yes... but even with its 1970's carpet & furnishings if it was clean, I would have been happy... I couldn't get family into another hotel when we got to town, as they were all full...... the bathroom hadn't been cleaned AT ALL..... the sheets and bedding I... More

We picked this hotel over others in Valemont even though it was more expensive because it had a pool for the kids. We get there our room is ok, smells like smoke even though it's non smoking but we are tired and do not care. Go to the washroom the bath tub was gross, lots of hair in the drains... More
