Hotel's Favourite
Located a few KM south of the town so best fill up before heading to the Inn ... large complex caters to 4-season out door activity seekers ... sleaders when I booked in . Front desk staff courteous with check in etc ... rooms are comfortable .... if booking a suite , ensure you check the room as the first level is accessible but not a suite ... food services on site ... casual lounge and dining room .... coffee stations at check-in and at the dining room .... best breakfast ever ! Even have Bennies as part of the hot breakfast ....

I always have a good experience at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The pool area is well maintained and allows us to relax after a long drive. We always enjoy our stay, at least six times a year.

Had a suite, beautiful, clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing! Hot, fresh food. Lots of choices. Check-in lady was very friendly and helpful with choices of places to go for dinner (restaurant in hotel was closed on Monday’s).

Valemount is a busy place with both travellers and workers, and hotel rooms are often hard to find. I think BW is the nicest hotel, but it doesn’t come cheap. Lovely lounge and patio area to the South with grass and connecting to local paths. Upper south rooms have balconies, but we were in a pet friendly room on the main floor facing the parking lot. That said, the room was quiet, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was the best we’ve seen in a while. Actual home made food! Not a great selection of TV channels. A ways from town itself, just to be aware.

Over priced and under delivered. Rooms are ok.. But definitely over priced!! Grease stains on carpet, torn leather on couch, shower rod bairly hanging in, breakfast was excellent!! This room should not be more that $175 upper night... Not $340..totally gouged

Dependable place to stay; very expensive but the best place to stay between Edmonton and Langley. But you need more accessible rooms. One assessable room is certainly not enough for this hotel. You are a family a hotel & a workers hotel, but not an assessable hotel.

This is a great hotel to stay at if breaking up the drive to Vancouver from Edmonton. Pool and slide if travelling with kids - nice walking area if travelling with dogs. Breakfast is included-very good. All day access to Tea/ Coffee /Lattes.

Breakfast buffet had great choices including hot meals, Rooms were priced a bit high, as are most places during peak tourist season. Rooms were clean and it was easy to get rest if traveling for work in the area.

Urine puddles at behind lids of toilet noticed after closing lids, we checked in late in a pet friendly room, so had no choice but to keep the room as hotel was full. This tells me that the housekeeping is far from what it should be
