This is a nice 3 star motel with good amenities, a very friendly staff, wonderfully comfortable beds and a Denny's restaurant on the premises. The only negatives are small bathrooms and slow WiFi. If you call them direct and belong to any number of organizations/corporations, you will get a better room rate than you will find on the usual "search" engines (Expedia, Trivago, etc). Examples: seniors, government, Telus, medical trips, et al will all get you a reduced rate. Plus they have a "stay 12 nights, get the 13th night free card.

I wish the pool had a hot tub, but appreciated Denny's nearby. Nice cozy rooms...could use some renos, but a predictible and adequate stay. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I would stay there again. It would be nice if there were a kitchenette suite with 2 beds. I did have to get compensated for one night because some drunks had an all night party next door to us and we didn't sleep.

All the staff and restaurant personnel were very friendly Thank you to Vicki and Connie for your great client support. The kids enjoyed the pool and we were grateful for in house dining. Location was very convenient in and out of town.

Stayed 3 nights here on the weekend was a nice weekend the hotel was very busy. Carol at the front desk helped me with a problem of my doing that saved me some time thanks again. Our company calls this hotel our second home and we always enjoy the rooms and customer service . Lots of food options around and a mall which comes in handy .

Very comfortable beds, clean room, excellent shower, quiet good value for the money. Kind receptionist. Last time I stayed there was a problem with the hot water, but when I reported it the next morning, they promptly gave us free breakfast vouchers at Denny’s and apologized. It’s what brought me back.

Stayed here when a blown wheel bearing left me stranded waiting for a part. Staff were incredibly accommodating, and even had lots of pets and scratched for my old dog. Room was clean and neat, and centrally located in Terrace.

Air Canada cancelled an early morning flight. We were left stranded. Hotel was extremely accommodating and friendly staff. While travelling with younger child this was a huge help. Clean and quite. Would recommend hotel to anyone!! Safe ,clean, and quiet!

The service was awesome. The pool was excellent. Me and my family were there for a medical trip and the location was perfect for getting on the transit bus. The mall is super close so we did some Christmas shopping. I would definitely stay again.
