We spent 4 nights in the family room at the Squamish Adventure Inn. Our kids are 10, 12 and 14 and this was their first real hostel experience. The inn is clean, organized and extremely well run. The people who worked there were all very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed watching the Stanley Cup playoff games with people from Canada,...

Rooms were simple and clean, and the reception was pleasant (despite the fact I arrived at 3 am). The restrooms were communal, but well kept. All in all, it was a great value and I would absolutely stay again.

Stayed in a semi private dorm. Greeted on arrival by extremely friendly staff and shown round. Free secure storage locker for my bike which was great. Will stay here again if I come back to the area. Location is slightly away out of town but only a couple of mins from the main strip

I stayed at the hostel for a long period over the 2017 winter and enjoyed my time here. Pros: Good location near downtown Squamish Close to the highway Large double kitchen Good spaces within the hostel for lounging Other people at the hostel were amazing! Special shoutout to some of the great volunteers running the hostel - Aaron in particular....

Thank you very much for leaving such a comprehensive review! We sincerely appreciate all of your feedback. We close the kitchen and TV room at 11pm because as much as we want the hostel to be social, we also want to ensure that all our guests are able to get the excellent night's sleep that they deserve! The beds were really clean, the staff super welcoming (we saw a staff member at the new local brewpub after we had moved out of the hostel, and he came over to chat with us for a while! Staying at the Adventure Inn kind of makes you feel like a local. I loved it!

I stayed here with 2 friends and we had an excellent experience. We stayed in a private room with a bathroom. The room was clean and not hugely spacious, but totally workable for the few days we were there. Amazing view out of our room! The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked them questions about how to...

We were visiting with a group of friends and squamish adventure inn was the perfect place for us to stay. The staff were very accommodating to us and were able to put us all in the same dorm room. Upon arrival when trying to check in the internet shut down (ohh nooo does that mean the world is ending?!) and...

I don't normally stay in hostels, but as far as the Squamish Adventure Inn goes, it was a fantastic alternative to a high-cost hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the place was very clean; the common areas were so comfortable and inviting that we spent most of our free time by the fire playing board games and cards....

Thank you SO much for that glowing review. Sounds like you and your family had a blast staying with us at the Squamish Adventure Inn, that's what we like to hear! Playing games by the fire sounds like the perfect family activity during those rainy March evenings, I just hope no one was a sore loser! All the best.

We stayed in a private room for one night in March. It was very clean and the people are very friendly. We are older than the average clientele, but we had some nice conversations with other guests (we were curious how the ski conditions were at Whistler). We appreciated the free coffee in the morning, as it saved us time...

Awesome hostel with different activities on each night. There is a shuttle service and the driver, Neil, is super professional more like a tour guide. There's also a kitchen and shops nearby so you can do your own cooking or eat out. Not much else to say other than I would definitely revisit!
