Whenever we visit Squamish, we make sure to eat here. The food is always good and the selection of beer is great. Friendly staff and a fun atmosphere make every visit very enjoyable. Lunch service is usually quick but can be slower at busy times. Portion sizes are good and provide value for the price.

Pros - this hotel looks nice from the outside and is conveniently located with a wonderful pub on the ground level. Also, it is reasonably priced and relatively clean. Cons - the bed was horribly lumpy with loose springs that dig into your back, definitely not a good night's sleep. The "daybed" located under the window is a very thin...

For several yrs now several of my friends and myself have come up here for the weekend in the middle of November to celebrate a few birthdays. We are a large group and they always room us together. The rooms are nice and the price is very right to be able to party in the pub and then just walk...

I stayed at the Howe Sound Inn & Brewing Co. in mid-November during a business trip. The hotel is at the end of the of Cleveland Avenue as you drive through the old downtown core towards Howe Sound, very easy to find, even on a dark rainy night. The rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side, but very cozy....

We arrived later in the day, 9pm, and check in was friendly and quick. There wasn't much parking available out front (main road) but was advised we could park in behind anywhere not marked reserved. There were a few spots left. All 20 rooms were located on the second level (I believe). The ambience was different than a typical hotel....

For a 2.5 star hotel my expectations weren't very high, but what a pleasant surprise at the Howe Sound Inn. Super warm, cozy and clean rooms. Rustic style, charming window seat with a great view. Convenient to have the resto/bar downstairs...chill vibe and good food and drinks. Breakfast included and was so good to prepare us for a day of...

Came to the brew house with my girlfriend and dog, didn't know what to expect. Was greeted by a beautiful lady named Dana. All night she made us feel at home. She went over and beyond anything I expected from any hotel. Will definitely be coming back!!!

I was hoping for a beer revelation but sadly no. Don't get me wrong it good but not the real ale experience the books had promised. The hotel is average, clean tidy and reasonably priced although for an extra $25 you could have much more in Whistler. The staff seemed local and as such very focused on local business rather...

This place sounded like it would be a neat place to stay. The rooms are very dated and had a smell which was probably something to do with the brewing they do. The restaurant and bar was the best part of our stay. The food is good and the beer is even better. I found it a little pricey but...

Being the mother of the bride we were hoping for great things and I have to say The Howe Sound came through with flying colors. It was great from the time we checked in on the Friday til we checked out on the Sunday. We took over the Inn, so 20 rooms, had use of the other reception rooms upstairs...
