They made space for us and our small trailer when everything else in the area was full. Our campsite was a little tight and tricky to back int, but these folks were great and accommodated us by creating a spot that would work on a very busy summer weekend. Thank you!

After driving the 7km through the valley we were really surprised by this campground. It has the cutest office we'ce seen in Canada so far - they even sell self-made ice-cream from Vancouver Island. There's more wonderful stuff to buy, check it out! The staff is extremely friendly! The showers are super clean, really hot and just perfect. minuspoints: -...

Came here for our family reunion camping that we do annually. Usually we would go to Golden Ears Provincial Park or Chilliwack Lake but this year we thought of trying something different... plus most of us were too busy to do the booking and missed our chance to get our usual campsite at Golden Ears 😄. Paradise Valley Campground is...

Hello, We are so glad you decided to try something new! We love hearing from our guests. Surprisingly we have more washrooms per site than many of the BC Provincial Parks in the immediate area. We agree some of the washrooms (depending on the site you are in) can be busy and are formulating a plan for how best to...

Spent 4 nights there earlier this month and was a little hesitant as I had been there years ago before it was developed. Our campsite was clean and spacious - there was a path behind our site to the washroom. However, there was a constant line-up for that washroom - in hindsight perhaps that washroom could have been split into...

Hello, Sorry to hear you didn't get the peace and quiet you were looking for! We do last foot patrol after quiet hours but unfortunately we just are not able to do it routinely throughout the night. The two washrooms in the centre of the campground are definitely popular as for many campsites they are the closest. There are lots...

Just arrived today and this was our second camping season at this place. New management but same simplicity and serenity away from our busy and city life. What I like most is the continuos checking and cleaning of the maintenance guy. Makes it a point that all sites and washrooms are maintained cleaned and sanitized! I love the looney shower...

A quick family trip this past weekend brought us to this quiet(er) campground up in Squamish. This would be our first camping trip with our two kids and we were eager to see what this campground had to offer. It was quite easy to find as we arrived after rush-hour on a friday evening, making a brief stop at the...

If you say Paradise Valley Campground, you will say coastal Rainforest. What an amazing place to stay. Friendly owners, good dry firewood at all times, very good privacy, and very cute stones that are painted by previous guests. The washrooms and showers were perfectly cleaned, never had them cleaner! Take this all together and add tall trees, green mosses on...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A 28 acre private nature park. We have a ”No Amplified Music” policy which means – no radios please. Of course, that does not mean that the campground runs in a meditative state, as acoustic guitar and singing is welcome. The entire property, including washrooms and pay showers, are immaculate. Paradise Valley Campground’s location is known as “front country” – this area is a natural habitat for many forms of wildlife. Typically, wild animals fear humans and are rarely seen or heard. If they are attracted by food and/or garbage left out around the campground, their fear diminishes and they become what is known as habituated; the fear is gone and they take what they want. Keeping our property clean has prevented wildlife from becoming habituated. To this end the campground provides several bear proof garbage and recycling containers. ... more   less
