A great location and welcoming staff are not enough to make this tired old place worth a stay. The motel is old, the room was smelly, the furniture dated, the bed soft and the walls thin. I heard guests movements and discussions and the comings and goings of vehicles in the parking lot all day and all night (Mary Ann)...

On arrival we were received with a cold abrupt receptionist. we were offered a room above the reception area which was clean and good. The wifi was terrible and when we talked to her she said it was our devices. we tried logging in using another room and it worked. there was no microwave, fridge or aircon. there was a...

We stayed here for only one night, and thank god for that. The place looks like it was last renovated in the 60's and that's probably when the furniture was last updated as well. The bed was horrific to say the least. When you were laying down you could feel every single spring in the mattress and when you moved...

We have stayed at the Cedarwood Inn several times now and are always happy to return; it's a very nice location, right across from the water, the downtown core is easily walkable, a nice playground not to far away for the little ones. The rooms are very clean and well taken care of. They are a little dated, but in...

Was a nice, well located, two night stay for us. We found it peaceful, and wished we could stay longer. Our suite had the requested two bed and a separate combined living, dining, and cooking area. The room was older, but well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The common outside ground were clean and well flowered. Across the street was a...

60 year old decor but clean and functional. Actually have a flat screen TV. Right accross from the beach and walkway so it's great for joggers or walkers. A little musty odor in the room but what do expect with 60 year old furniture. This property has 2 queen beds available, unlike many competitors. You can definitely walk to downtown...

Directed here by the local tourist office and couldn't believe our luck to find such a wonderful location. The lovely Robyn at reception offered us the suit ( more like an apartment) 232. It is on the second floor facing the shore, spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything one needs for holiday living and the...

This motel is located with a potentially excellent view of the ocean and park across the street. Unfortunately we ended up on the backside of the second floor despite an early booking and arrival. There is no AC, but there is a fan located in one of the cupboards which provided some relief from a very hot day for the...

I had seen this place years ago on a short trip through, and always wanted to go back and stay there......well, I forgot the name and booked into another hotel on the way through, but.....finally got to stay on our way back! Loved it all! Great location, great staff, great room! I recommend staying in 231! A bit more money...
