BEWARE… The walls are so thin you literally can hear your neighbours going to the bathroom. BEWARE… They allow dogs and we were woken up at 6am by a barking dog in the room next to us. BEWARE… Ee had the Premiere suite and there was 12” clearance surrounding the entire bed which made it impossible to use the dresser or closet when you can’t even open the dresser fully. BEWARE… We stayed for 2 nights and was left one package of coffee which on the smallest coffee maker on the planet made 1.5 cups of coffee and they left us 4 miniature creamers. View was the only great thing. Stay elsewhere and save frustration and a ton of money.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed for 3 nights and were so pleased. They accommodated an early check-in without question, offered to hold my luggage if needed. We were given a beautiful ocean front room on the 4th floor. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Kudos to the staff members doing their best to accommodate guests during Covid.

A terrific spot if you have an early flight or ferry out of Victoria. Sidney is a cute town, too, though I wouldn't spend my entire vacation here. Hotel is new and rooms are nicely appointed. We even had a bit of an ocean view (without asking!) A very good stay in a nice property.

Highly recommend this comfortable, oceanfront, modern hotel - everything was clean, bed was great, extra pillows, staff were super. A quick walk to the Rumrunner Restaurant for takeout (the crab and shrimp croissant is heavenly). The Rumrunner was not crowded, plenty of room and a cozy fireplace, would have loved to have stayed right there for dinner. Can't beat the Sidney Pier location, this town is walkable and beautiful. It's a quick drive to the airport in the early morning. We'll be back.
